The staff here is absolutely awesome! All of them were very hospitable and friendly. Both dinner and breakfast was unique, high quality and very enjoyable. In general the hotel is full of little details which makes it special and gives an higher end feel.

The nights were not ok. The beds are very soft and our room was in front of a half pipe. At night there are groups of people who smoke and party outside and it caused a lot of noise and smell of cigarettes inside the room. The first night we called reception and they successfully requested the people to move. The second night there were people even with a bluetooth speaker playing music till 3AM. Nobody at the hotel picked up the phone (tried 20 times) and we all didn't sleep. I think in general what you have to know about this hotel that it is good value if you go with friends when you share a room and it is expensive (300CHF per night) if you just go as a couple. Meaning there are groups who spend less who come to party and set that kind of atmosphere and there are couples who pay a lot (and expect a lot) but find themselves in a party-type atmosphere and don't accept the noise of partying people all night long. We were here in 2022 and it was amazing. Great food, exciting wine and fun people. Back in 2024 and it was none of these things. The food was hit and miss: this is fine, because it's an ever-changing menu, but today wasn't great. Worse was the wine. Don't get me wrong, the wine selection is awesome. But we got such small pours of wine, especially compared to other tables, that I genuinely felt cheated. A real shame. And that was the fun people part: we were hurried between courses, food arriving when we were at aperitif, coffee being offered during dessert wine, etc. Yes, we're not cool snowboarders, but treat us like you also care about outsiders. The food and atmosphere are all good, but the service is far from being good.

They didn’t even try to make all the plates for the table at the same time even if we had ordered same dishes. Kitchen served half the table and then some other tables before coming 15 min later back to serve dishes to the other half.

We had a woman waitress who brought a dish, then came to take it away because it was meant to go another table. Then she brought a dish that we never ordered claiming and insisting we ordered it. Since when should a customer eat dishes never ordered? Thus not a good...
