This is the third year we have used Camino for Pizza. While the flavour of the pizza was good we have had many issues with the service. This year ordered take away pizza and an apero, apero arrived in ten minutes and pizza just before (they were ordered together), we were told pizza could not be kept warm in kitchen so we just had to drink quicker (also espresso Martini was far too sweet, left half behind). Pizza cold before we left. When home we also noticed the pizzas construction was very poor for a CHF 30 pizza and showed little care (probably how it came out so quickly). Last year we ordered ahead and pizza ended up one hour late! Kitchen issue but staff were very apologetic. The year before similar issue with waiting 45 minutes after ordering ahead. We like this hotel and only post this now in the hope to see Camino return to its...

I especially liked her last comment saying see you tinnitus sarcastically knowing she gave us such bad service we are not...

And I should not forget the desserts that were divine. We had the chocolate fondant (I forget the precise name on the menu) and the tiramisu, both highly recommended. Service was was warm and welcoming, and the cherry on top was the lovely terrace where we could soak-up the...
