時間：2025年5月10號星期六,結帳時間19：05分

地點：新竹市東寧宮對面50嵐

事發經過：店員結帳完成之後，我拿出環保杯，告知哪幾個杯子裝什麼口味飲料的時候，“店員們”要求每一個杯蓋都要自己打開，倒入飲料後，我還要自己把杯蓋鎖上（店員全程臭臉）我請他們要對注重環保,會帶環保杯的客人,多一點友善，卻被一位中年大叔說不滿意的話那我退你錢！我告訴他我沒有要退費，只是希望你們多一點尊重，並告知新竹市中正路的50嵐，態度就很好，他告訴我說,那你就去他那邊買，一直到飲料製作完成之後，還一直碎念我請你以後去別家買！！！

這樣的態度真的是砸了50嵐享譽的國際招牌，東門店可以是個案，也可能是冰山一角，望50嵐見微知著...

極度差的感受… 與女店員（戴眼鏡、頭髮長度在下巴）大致對話經過（詳下：

我：一杯烏龍拿鐵+珍珠（去冰、兩分糖），用linepay 支付 店員：這樣$55 我：蛤？！ 這樣$55？ （表示對金額疑惑的看向菜單確認 店員：你點烏龍奶+珍珠 我：我是要烏龍拿鐵… 店員：你剛剛沒有講… 我：喔，好…（但我心裡想說我有講，但不想多爭論，所以沒有再多說） 店員：這樣$65，怎麼支付？ 我：我要linepay...
