Went to the restaurant, the owner said we have to wait but there was only 1 group before us, so we decided to wait and got the waiting number from the owner. At the meanwhile one of the table is available so the “only group” before us sat down. We left for 5 mins to get some drink and saw another table available when we were back, automatically we walked in but the waitress asked us to wait outside first. THEN SHE CALLED ANOTHER 2PPL WHO WAS ALSO SITTING OUTSIDE TO COME IN FIRST. I have no idea when were these 2ppl appeared and how they calculate/serve waiting customers. I just gave up this restaurant coz I don’t know how long I’ll have to wait exactly because the only group waiting before us (they said) already sat but then here came another group.

The portion was great enough and we felt satisfied with the reasonable price. The food was amazingly delicious, especially the steak, which is made with Choice beef and is super soft and juicy, since it is cooked by sous vide.

第一次吃是2020.10.16 點了牛排還會冒煙
記得這間剛開時,就看到不少朋友的限時動態都是冒煙牛排 生日那天終於換我點了 結果看到本牛覺得份量有夠少的啦 雖然牛排好吃,但我吃完非常空虛 湯很好喝、肉也很嫩 當時還是個大食怪的我對這間留下了還好的印象
時間快轉到2022年3月 又有朋友約我吃這間 就再給它一次機會好了
二訪我點了軟嫩牛排飯,友人A點主廚紅醋醬肩小排飯 我們都有加購湯、配溫泉蛋
牛肉湯表現一如繼往的優秀 肉質依然軟嫩 我後來甚至會單點湯外帶
主餐部分/當時覺得兩款都滿嫩的 我比較喜歡醋醬的調味 溫泉蛋跟飯拌在一起的味道也令我難以忘懷
於是我又約了朋友三訪 已不太記得上次分到的小排吃起來如何 我就點了紅醋醬肩小排飯,友人B則是點軟嫩牛排飯 沒想到交換吃的時候,我很明顯發覺價格較高的肩小排並沒有比較好吃!! 甚至有點難咬 反而是主廚推薦的軟嫩牛排飯真的很厲害
後來我也回訪了幾次 都是點軟嫩牛排飯+溫泉蛋,加購牛肉湯 太好吃了完全不想換🥺 這樣剛好 $300 我就能感到十分滿足
價位中等加上店內環境、氣氛都不錯 作為朋友聚會或是情侶約會的餐廳真的滿推薦 在悶熱的夏天裡至少有冷氣是必須吧
不過呢主餐份量不算多 食量一般的男生吃完可能只有六七分飽? 推薦點湯 吃完再買杯手搖(附近有鶴茶樓還有蔗一條豬) 就可以去逛街了😆
