Went to the restaurant, the owner said we have to wait but there was only 1 group before us, so we decided to wait and got the waiting number from the owner. At the meanwhile one of the table is available so the “only group” before us sat down. We left for 5 mins to get some drink and saw another table available when we were back, automatically we walked in but the waitress asked us to wait outside first. THEN SHE CALLED ANOTHER 2PPL WHO WAS ALSO SITTING OUTSIDE TO COME IN FIRST. I have no idea when were these 2ppl appeared and how they calculate/serve waiting customers. I just gave up this restaurant coz I don’t know how long I’ll have to wait exactly because the only group waiting before us (they said) already sat but then here came another group.

After that I read the comments and found many ppl had the same experience of the poor serving. I wish I could see those comments earlier then I won’t be...

Hardcore Chefs Restaurant serves dishes cooked by sous vide, which is known as low-temperature cooking for a period of time. There are two branches in Hsinchu and the decor for both branches are vintaged style with homey ambiance.

We got two entrees: Steak Over Rice 硬派主廚的軟嫩牛排飯(NT$250) and Steak & Duck Breast Combo 絕不抽煙燻牛排鴨胸雙拼(NT$310) and two desserts: Pudding 熱情焦糖乳酪布丁(NT$80) & Tiramisu 沒什麼話題拉米蘇(NT$90) with a glass of Cinnamon Lemonade 肉桂檸檬蜜茶(NT$90) to share with a group of three.

The portion was great enough and we felt satisfied with the reasonable price. The food was amazingly delicious, especially the steak, which is made with Choice beef and is super soft and juicy, since it is cooked by sous vide.

We also love their Tiramisu. Although it was not authentic but still extremely creamy & rich. The lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet and we highly recommend it to people who are into...

但我今年真的是愛上 而且他又不像沐嵐這麼難排 好幾次等不到沐嵐又想吃牛我就會來吃這間

第一次吃是2020.10.16 點了牛排還會冒煙

記得這間剛開時,就看到不少朋友的限時動態都是冒煙牛排 生日那天終於換我點了 結果看到本牛覺得份量有夠少的啦 雖然牛排好吃,但我吃完非常空虛 湯很好喝、肉也很嫩 當時還是個大食怪的我對這間留下了還好的印象

時間快轉到2022年3月 又有朋友約我吃這間 就再給它一次機會好了

二訪我點了軟嫩牛排飯,友人A點主廚紅醋醬肩小排飯 我們都有加購湯、配溫泉蛋

牛肉湯表現一如繼往的優秀 肉質依然軟嫩 我後來甚至會單點湯外帶

主餐部分/當時覺得兩款都滿嫩的 我比較喜歡醋醬的調味 溫泉蛋跟飯拌在一起的味道也令我難以忘懷

於是我又約了朋友三訪 已不太記得上次分到的小排吃起來如何 我就點了紅醋醬肩小排飯,友人B則是點軟嫩牛排飯 沒想到交換吃的時候,我很明顯發覺價格較高的肩小排並沒有比較好吃!! 甚至有點難咬 反而是主廚推薦的軟嫩牛排飯真的很厲害

後來我也回訪了幾次 都是點軟嫩牛排飯+溫泉蛋,加購牛肉湯 太好吃了完全不想換🥺 這樣剛好 $300 我就能感到十分滿足

價位中等加上店內環境、氣氛都不錯 作為朋友聚會或是情侶約會的餐廳真的滿推薦 在悶熱的夏天裡至少有冷氣是必須吧

不過呢主餐份量不算多 食量一般的男生吃完可能只有六七分飽? 推薦點湯 吃完再買杯手搖(附近有鶴茶樓還有蔗一條豬) 就可以去逛街了😆

📌菇雞菇雞香麻雞胸飯(推爆!!!) 這算是近期的新品項吧,四川椒麻醬汁完美澆淋在軟嫩的雞胸及香Q的米飯上,炸過的金針菇使得食材更加濃郁,微微焦脆的口感是這道菜的畫龍點睛之筆(*´∀`)~♥另外,這家店大部分的餐點都可以選擇溫泉蛋或荷包蛋(半熟/全熟),愛蛋如癡的我,當然要選擇溫泉蛋阿~輕輕滑破蛋黃,蛋液完美包裹在帶有椒麻醬汁的米飯上,推爆!!!!! 📌絕不抽煙燻牛鴨胸雙拼(推爆!!!) 這道「絕不抽煙燻牛鴨胸雙拼」絕對是這間店的招牌必點,美味的餐點搭配煙霧的視覺享受,能不點嗎~~這道菜除了軟嫩多汁的煙燻牛肉及鴨胸作為主角外,旁邊的南瓜、蓮藕、玉米筍、花椰菜、番茄,也全部都帶有濃郁的煙燻口感,牛肉上鋪滿炙燒過後的起司~另外餐盤上還有檸檬芥末椒鹽可一同搭配做食用,當然也有傳統的玫瑰鹽可自行做添加,但是我真心推薦一定要沾看看他們的檸檬芥末椒鹽,微微嗆辣的口感搭配鮮嫩的煙燻牛肉及鴨胸,好幸福~~~~真心推薦!!! 📌主廚特製紅燒牛肉燴飯 「主廚特製紅燒牛肉燴飯」,一送上來印入眼簾的是滿滿的肉塊,店內的牛肉全都是選用Chioce等級並搭配舒肥料理方式做處理,肉汁香氣完全鎖在牛肉塊當中,肉質軟嫩一泯就化開,醬汁濃郁帶有蔬菜的微甜口感,洋蔥、紅蘿蔔及白蘿蔔燉得非常入味,搭配白飯一起做食用,好喜歡~~~ 📌手起刀落半筋半肉燉湯(必點) 以上餐點都有附牛肉清湯,清湯本身具有許多軟爛的蘿蔔及洋蔥,喝得到蔬菜的清甜及牛肉的香氣。但凡購買「硬派餐點」,均可以50元加價購買「手起刀落半筋半肉燉湯」,真心推薦一定要加價購,雖然都是牛肉清湯基底,但是「手起刀落半筋半肉燉湯」更加濃郁香甜~ 📌肉桂檸檬蜜(必點) 「肉桂檸檬蜜」沒喝過吧~ ლ(́◕◞౪◟◕‵ლ),喝起來像新竹絕頂好喝「蜂蜜大王」的蜂蜜檸檬,但是帶有微微的肉桂香氣,意外的好搭~飲品中還帶有許多檸檬果肉,是吃得出來的真材實料~點它!!!!!!! 📌熱情焦糖乳酪布丁(推爆!!!) 這家硬派主廚,每一道菜的設計都很用心,連甜點都沒有在跟你馬虎的,真心不騙~~不會像很多外面的炙燒焦糖布丁,上面放了過多的焦糖做炙燒,布丁本身的味道被完全蓋過。「熱情焦糖乳酪布丁」,蛋奶香氣濃郁,上面微微的炙燒,讓布丁表面結成一層薄膜,讓這款「熱情焦糖乳酪布丁」增添多層次口感。 📌沒什麼話題拉米蘇(推爆!!!) 幫主本人一直以來都不是很喜歡吃提拉米蘇,其原因是我覺得提拉米蘇的蛋糕體太過於濕潤,有的甚至會出水,今天吃到這家「沒什麼話題拉米蘇」,我才恍然大悟,原來我從來沒有吃到過好吃的提拉米蘇~~~~ 硬派主廚的「沒什麼話題拉米蘇」蛋糕體濕度適中,淡淡的酒香氣搭配上濃郁的可可及奶油香氣,絕!!!!!快點它!!! 想要看更多新竹美食介紹~歡迎IG搜尋🔍竹聯幫幫主☺️

Hardcore Chefs Restaurant serves dishes cooked by sous vide, which is known as low-temperature cooking for a period of time. There are two branches in Hsinchu and the decor for both branches are vintaged style with homey ambiance. We got two entrees: Steak Over Rice 硬派主廚的軟嫩牛排飯(NT$250) and Steak & Duck Breast Combo 絕不抽煙燻牛排鴨胸雙拼(NT$310) and two desserts: Pudding 熱情焦糖乳酪布丁(NT$80) & Tiramisu 沒什麼話題拉米蘇(NT$90) with a glass of Cinnamon Lemonade 肉桂檸檬蜜茶(NT$90) to share with a group of three. The portion was great enough and we felt satisfied with the reasonable price. The food was amazingly delicious, especially the steak, which is made with Choice beef and is super soft and juicy, since it is cooked by sous vide. We also love their Tiramisu. Although it was not authentic but still extremely creamy & rich. The lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet and we highly recommend it to people who are into cinnamon flavor.
