Don't like it.

Place looks messy. Staff member is undertrained.

This place is next to a hotel, perhaps is own by the hotel.

After I don't with hot spring spa, I exit the place and approach service desk to see if I can order a drink or something. The associate reply that "we don't do that", but we got vending machine on the ground....And I'm not allowed to...

We were there on Monday and we have almost the whole place to yourself, love the facilities and the different pool, by the entrance you can soak your feet and have these fishes help eat your dead skin, that was so much fun and scary, the water jets and slide were great, and the shower and bathroom area were pretty clean, great experience...

Relatively new hotel (less than 10yrs) and well-maintained. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice private spa area in room in addition to external spa, the latter which closes at 10pm. Walking distance to night market, convenience store and 24hr...
