Well, the recent dining experience might be the last for us to this restaurant. It is a shame as I have gone there with family since childhood. We felt fortunate we could get a table for dinner as it's still holiday time. However, when we tried to order the regular prefixed dinner meals, the waitress said that's not an option. In fact, more than 2/3 of the menu was out! No wonder the restaurant was only half-full. They obviously were forcing people to order the "new year special"--1500 per person! Before heading over there, I had checked their website; none of the menu restrictions were mentioned. If you don't want the 1500 meal, all you can get is ordering "scraps" from the a la carte menu---most are overpriced. Their food is decent but their business practice is hard to digest. Instead of showing their appreciation to their patrons during holiday, they were trying to milk as much money out of patrons' pockets as possible. The waitresses were also a bit rude and unfriendly when they collected the plates or answering questions. Never once refilled our tea. Read moreWe ordered the set for dinner (980/person) and replaced raw fish for cooked dishes. Food is okay. Fried dish is not impressed such as oyster, pumpkin, fish with tartar sauce. I expected more japanese style and it let me down. Several grilled items are served with mayonnaise. Waitress are friendly while taking a long time to serve tea and between dishes. 6 年前印象還不錯 不過這個周末與家人去吃訂了1500 套餐/ 人 覺得 整套菜色~ 生魚片很棒, 鮮魚(鮭魚)蛤蠣山藥湯的湯很棒
其他的菜色吃起來的感覺很是失望~ 可謂中上食材, 烹煮起來 變成3~4 流食物
前菜中的 山藥海膽豆腐: 有著高級的海膽, 山藥豆腐, 但是整體配起來的口味 一整個怪其中還有沙~ 沙拉中的鮑魚和風沙拉, 中規中語的鮑魚和風沙拉~也一般般
握壽司: 星鰻壽司, 和北寄貝壽司 ( 但是其中一位在一開始訂餐點餐已經提過 除了生魚片其他不要再有生食, 餐廳一就送上 生的壽司, 只是在上次實說: 阿~不曉得師傅這一次會用生的貝類壽司 ===敗筆!!!)
朴葉牛肉燒: 牛肉本身肉質或許不錯不過完全吃不出來, 上面加上的 味增 (OR 像是 CHEESE焗烤 的東西) 讓整體味道 令人膩歪
香煎北海道干貝: 干貝很大但煎得過老, 旁邊配菜的 青花菜, 原味番茄, 玉米非常普通且 番茄太酸
日本鯽魚味霖煮: 敗筆 味霖煮裡面有加蜜, 整道菜 裡面是 其中的豆腐好吃, 魚的本身也是調味太遠遠超過, 吃完大家都渴了膩了, 太鹹又太甜~味道過重
松露明蝦: 蝦子大是大, 但是食之無味~ 倒是裡面的煮蘿蔔還比較好吃
甜點 和最後的茶飲 : 不知是甚麼抹茶口味條狀蒟蒻類型甜點; + 茶包綠茶.....一樣令人一點好評均無
星期日的日本料理店中午生意很好~ 餐廳的服務還算中上不錯~ 不過吃到一半 不曉得是否生意太好盤子不夠 有一位穿著紅色 便衣 的工作人員 用飛快的速度一再我們吃完一到菜就很趕的把所有的盤子收走~ 再解釋菜色時也頗不耐令人無言
