"The fastest transfer guide for passenger transportation, trains, and MRT at Banqiao High Speed Rail Station" (including travel guide to Jiufen) Banqiao High Speed Rail Station is a high-speed rail station located in Xinminli, Banqiao District, New Taipei City. The station was opened in November 2006 and officially opened to traffic on January 5, 2007. It is a four-story underground station with an island platform and four tracks. According to the high-speed rail information, Passenger flow ranks sixth among the twelve stations (2023). All types of high-speed rail trains (direct, semi-direct, leapfrog, and stop at every station) stop here! The earliest and latest trains are also the starting and ending stations of the train. The station's operating hours are from 06:00 to 24:00, the same as Taipei Main Station. It is a "co-construction station" with Nangang Station, providing multiple public transportation transfer options.
The design of Banqiao Station was influenced by the planning of the new Banqiao Station before its development. The transfer area is not as confusing as Taipei Station. In addition, the transfer lines were later painted on the floor of the station, which was a good idea for the first time. There is still a chance for tourists to get lost (the design of the markings was modified a year ago, and now you will rarely find yourself in a maze if you follow the markings). The transfer between the High Speed Rail and the Taiwan Railway is the most convenient. It only takes five minutes to reach the destination through the connecting passage. The Bannan Line can be reached by following the ground markings. The Loop Line is an "out-of-station transfer" because the station is outside. It takes 10 to 20 minutes to walk. If there are too many people, you can take the Bannan Line to Xinpu Station and transfer outside the station for convenience and to avoid crowds. Going to the New Taipei Banqiao Bus Station is the closest to the Banqiao Station High Speed Rail and Taiwan The route arrangement farthest from the railway boarding point requires more than 10 minutes of walking time. Among them, routes 965, 932 and 952 line up along the marked lines at different bus waiting platforms!
Warm reminder: There are three different routes for tourists who want to go to Jiufen Old Street: one is to transfer to Taiwan Railway and take the bus to Ruifang Station to go up the mountain, the other is to walk to the New Taipei Banqiao Bus Station and take the 965 bus directly to Jiufen. If you want to save walking distance, you can take the Bannan Line to Ximen Station Exit 2 (National Army Welfare Center) and walk straight for 3 minutes to reach the...
