Unlike most of the other walking/hiking trails within Maokong, this trail requires climbing in the second half of the hike up. Relatively steep incline in some parts.
If you are expecting great views at the peak after your hard work, you will, unfortunately, be solely disappointed as they are all practically blocked by the dense vegetation.
