Excellent view over Taipei and the hills on a clear day, which turns into a lovely 'city skyline at night' experience after dark with the lights of the city and Taipei 101 clearly visible in the distance. Coffee, waffles, pizza, and cocktails are on the menu here. There is indoor seating, balcony seating without glass, and balcony seating with clear plastic sheets to keep guests a little protected from the elements (it can get quite blustery!). Service was quick and efficient, and ordering done using the 'tick the boxes on the menu' style. You may well need to wait to be seated depending on the time of day, but our wait was not long and our request to change tables for a better view accomodated by the staff once an opportunity arose. The ambience was nice, as the music and setting made for a pleasant break from the crowded streets outside. This place is definitely worth seeking out if you are nearby. Although it isn't 'cheap', the food and view make it worth it (in...

Usually very good but had a very average experience recently. Ordered the pizza and fries which were great as usual, but I also ordered the pork knuckle (suppose I shouldn't expect much) and it was tough and a bit bland. Asked for salt and got an old Himalaya salt grinder so moist that it was unusable and disgusting. The veg served with the pork wasn't fresh and tasted a bit weird. Also ordered a mojito which was undrinkable. Very disappointed. If you're after a quick snack and a beer/tea it's still a great spot, but really wouldn't...

A tea house that does a poor job in serving tea. Located in a tea-farm area, but does not specialize in tea. Clean establishment, casual atmosphere.

The servers serve you tea and walk away, with no explanation or instructions as to how best to enjoy their tea. Service is minimal and mechanical. They don't check on you, and you have to get up to get some more hot water for your tea.

If you come here to learn about tea / how best to prepare / enjoy tea, you will be disappointed. It is however, a good place to relax

Came during a public holiday, and was slapped with a 10% surcharge due to it being a public holiday. Not justified as we had to wait about an hour for the pizza to be ready. Worse still was that the pizza wasn't cooked properly, and was soft and mushy, especially in the centre. Not much of a view as we were seated far from the edge and not much service either, as we were expected to refill the teapots ourselves. Maybe the experience will be better during off peak periods, but the restaurant obviously cannot cope during peak periods.

A brilliant place to relax at any time but especially at sunset with stunning views across Taipei. A good reasonably priced menu and wide selection of drinks. You get given a multi lingual menu card as you enter and just tick off what you want. The staff are helpful and service was quick. I had a Hawaiian pizza which oozed with delicious stringy cheese. The Tiawan gold medal larger was ice cold and refreshing and came with a small glass which was unusual. A great stop to relax.
