Hai'an Road Art Street — Attraction in Tainan

There was a big temple celebration, a procession or something (庙会) when I arrived in December and everywhere in the central west district was jam packed. No cabs want to come in for fear of the jam. As such, we walked along the street and enjoyed the festivity mood and the ongoing carnival. So many street stalls and food for you to buy and enjoy while strolling, occasionally stopping to admire the procession and the wall murals. However, the crowd suddenly swarmed to a unprecedented scale that we decided to beat a hasty retreat to our hotel. It was still in the midst of an ongoing pandemic! Not taking chances. LOL But I felt the authorities could have done better to control the crowd...

Great darts bar! The minimum expense is 100 NTD and 10 NTD to play darts per time for ten shots. I wish I knew this bar much earlier so I could spend many lonely...
