There's a small skating area, workout space, pagoda for shade, and playground here. I didn't see any restrooms. Playground is better for kiddos 4+ in age since it's difficult for little ones to crawl up to the slide in the owl structure and difficult for parents to go into the owl to supervise. There are a few rope structures for kids to balance and...

A nice, mostly maintained little park with a couple of slides, swings, pavilions, and even a small skating rink. It's also just about 100 meters away from one of the exits of Xinyi Anhe MRT Station. If it's sunny outside, this is a pretty good place to stroll around or sit down and chill/relax for a few hours.
