I am compelled to write this review to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with SIAME COWBOW FARM. This establishment's failure to prioritize safety and treat both animals and customers with respect is utterly appalling.
To begin with, my sister and I arrived at their facility with high expectations, eager to enjoy a memorable horse riding adventure. Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned into a nightmare when one of their poorly trained horses viciously kicked my sister in the face. Not only was this incident shockingly dangerous, but it exposed a complete lack of proper horse management and safety precautions.
Instead of taking immediate responsibility for the incident, the staff demonstrated an alarming lack of empathy and professionalism. Rude comments were exchanged as they carelessly brushed off the severity of my sister's injury. Any reputable horse riding company should have prioritized the well-being of their customers and promptly sought medical attention, yet the staff seemed more concerned with covering up their own negligence.
The mistreatment and neglect of the horses were also evident throughout the entire experience. The saddles were poorly fitted, causing obvious discomfort and potential harm to the horses. The worn-out reins and bits indicated a blatant disregard for the animals' comfort and well-being. It was evident that these horses were merely viewed as vehicles for profit, rather than living beings deserving of care and respect.
Furthermore, the overall condition of the horses was distressing. They appeared malnourished, with visible ribs and dull coats. The lack of grooming and hoof maintenance was not only unappealing but suggested a complete disregard for basic animal welfare standards.
All in all, my experience with SIAME COWBOW FARM was nothing short of a nightmare. The incompetent handling of horses, combined with the shocking lack of concern shown for customer safety, left my family deeply traumatized. I strongly urge potential customers to consider their options and thoroughly research other reputable horse riding companies that prioritize the welfare of both customers and animals.
To SIAME COWBOW FARM : It is vital that you acknowledge your failures, take immediate action to rectify these issues, and ensure the safety and well-being of both your customers and horses. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend your services to anyone concerned about their safety or the ethical...
Read moreAbused SAD ANIMALS... HURT UNDER WEIGHT... THEY HIT THEM WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO MOVE.. THEY PULL THEM ... THE HORSES BARLEY MOVE ON THIER OWN.. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE BEACH FROM THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES..
It's sad we can see it from the balconies and strangers meet and bring it up in conversations on the beach like myself and another hotel guess.
Really a zero star rating!!!!
I never visited this place or used the animals . I was on my balcony and saw all the horses getting abused. Dear Muslims, I love everyone, but you guys need to stay off these horses.. 95 percent of their customers are Muslims. Animals aren't attractions. Buy the time the horse gets to one end of the beach they should have clean water and food from the hard work.. And they don't.. the salt from the water probably no good for their feet. These guys hit the animals with a red rope when they don't want to move. They pull them and pull them forcefully. Most of the horses look hurt under weight and sad. out of all the riders, only one white girl knew how to ride the horses, and the energy was different but still sad. Can't you guys see how sad it is. Everyone talks about you guys from their balconies, LOOK AT THE COUPLE WITH THE BLUE UMBRELLA looking at you guys and the horse...it's sad 😔
and u guys with ur phones out bumping on the horses not even riding them .. thinking you guys look cool. Look how slow they move...
The Owners and workers don't care... that's how they eat..
I will see if I can somehow report them for...

We were not complete beginners, but I think they should offer helmets regardless for whoever wants them for safety reasons.
The ride itself is very safe as it's just walking by the beach and the trainer is right by your side. They're kind enough to offer taking pictures of you. They're also careful to keep a distance from people on the beach. You can trot in the empty side of the beach, and you can walk across where people are to the other end of the beach.
My horse was excited to trot once we reached the beach, but the other horse wasn't.
We expected the prices to be cheaper than this, but we went ahead with it. Also, they only accept cash.
Another minor point is, there was no hand soap but I'm sure they would've provided...
