Divana Divine Spa — Attraction in Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict

Very convenient location for us, just few minutes from our house. This is my wife second visit. She did not have good experiences on her first visit but assume it was her bad luck day. With such good review, she gave it another try.

We were greeted by welcoming staff and selection on oil. After we confirmed our massage preferences and informed the staff of pressure level (high) and where they should focus the pressure.

All good so far but that nice experience is a big let down by the quality of the masseuse. They lack the etiquette, experience and knowledge that masseuse of this price should have. They seems to be uneducated of the human anatomy. We asked for high pressure, but they were merely touching. My wife asked for increase in pressure, her masseuse went from 0 to 1000! As if they are annoyed we asked them to work harder. It becomes a tortured, so she asked to be softer, she went back to massage at 0 level!

My masseuse went 100% from the get go, luckily I like it! It seems she only had the energy to go heavy in 1/2 if my claves. The rest of the massage my masseuse just run a bit. Calves muscle have 2 main muscle, she only massage one on both leg!! The other side of the calves remain untouched 😂. My upper leg (thighs) which is also stiffed and also the muscle we asked to focused on was not touched at all. We also asked to pay attention to our trapz. She touch it maybe last 2 minutes and quickly end the session. Bad time management and no, I didn’t not asked her to deviate from her plan. Get no more relaxed than before we walked in, only more frustrated.

Overall, it’s only for tourists. If you’re experienced in massages in Thailand, there are better massages for 1/4 of the price anywhere. Poor experience starting from booking on website all the way to the massage bed

Booking website only asks you to confirm the reservation and if you pay at reservation you will get 5% off as a special offer , it was confusing because I saw the line " thank you for the reservation " at the end of the page, but I later found out that fhe booking was never confirmed . So apparently If you don't pay at reservation, it means your booking is not complete. The website wasn't clear at all.

They serve you this sugary tea thing before you go in the room. It was way too sweet

The masseuse I got had no technique or strength. Pressure is inconsistent, soemtiems hard sometimes soft. Don't understand human muscle composition. Pressure for left side and right side of the body is not balance. Strokes are superficial, i feel like someone putting on lotion for me. She also doesn't understand the difference between weight and pressure. When I ask for more pressure she just puts more weight onto my back I felt suffocated. After two hours, not a single knot is relieved. Even simple twirling movement for wrist was done in a very hasty manner.

Masseuse also doesn't speak any English, I told her it's too cold she didn't do anything about the ac.

Most of their clientele seems to be tourists rather than local. Maybe that's why they dont worry about losing repeat business.
