I was excited to see ceviche in Bangkok, but it felt like a disappointment. It’s quite a small (in fact tiny) portion, (I think they measure exactly 100g of fish) that’s done right there in front of you, so basically the fish doesn’t really have much time to get cooked in the lemon juice. It’s served with a handful of corn and two slices of sweet potato. The size is more or less enough for a starter. It offers a very poor value for 430THB which is almost £10. Honestly in Latin America you can get 100x better ceviche even by the dirt road at no man’s land. It’s not exactly a rocket science dish. Anyway, they have other Peruvian staplers like Lomo Saltado or Chicharron too, but I wouldn’t think it’s worth it. You can pay with a card and I think they add 7% tax and service charge on top of what you see...

Buenazo is a hidden gem 💎 in Bkk, Thailand 🇹🇭. it's a very authentic Peruvian eatery 🇵🇪. EVERYTHING Is extremely delicious. I am Mexican-American ( born in Mexico city, raised in the USA)🇲🇽🇺🇸, I know a lot about Latin flavors, good food, authenticity and good restaurants✨️. And Buenazo definitely has that special, unique touch that combines everything mentioned above!. Give this little Gem a try, you will not be disappointed.
