Snorkel focused review:

Visited during may 2023. head to the northern end of the beach around the rocks. Follow the headland round and there’s lots to see. We saw 3-4 titan triggerfish, giant clams, adult and baby reef sharks, a pufferfish, big needlefish and lots of other types. The corals are also nice and varied.

Things to bear in mind; check the tide times, varies quite a lot on a daily basis and therefore affects visibility, which was maybe 10-15m at best, 2m at worst. We were there around full moon though.

Boats tended to stay beyond the buoys but still be aware as we saw one cut through them when tide was lower.

I got my advanced open water certification here in 2018. I hesitate to show it to dive shops based on how bad the education was. Made my partner finish her cert on schedule despite us being on island longer and her having an ear infection - very dangerous 'but we were on a schedule' The third diver with us got their cert despite surfacing from depth twice on accident during a dive. I'm lucky I recieved a great education for my open water at a different facility in the states before coming here. Absolutely unacceptable diving behavior across the board.
