I was extremely disappointed! Booked a party here for my son's 6th birthday & from the moment we arrived it was the absolute worse from poor communication to piss poor customer service. We were checked in then told to wait & our host would assist us. After almost 30 mins, I finally asked for the host as we were just standing on the side of the trailer & I was advised to just go ahead and start playing puttputt then someone would get me to a party area. Fast forward, we're done playing and back at the trailer asking for further details as we were instructed. By this time, we are on the 3rd party host who informs is that our initial party host had left for the day & the other guy who was supposed to help couldn't be found so, she would have to go clean our area shortly as there was another party finishing up. We wait a little longer & she has yet to proceed towards the area that she's to clean so, I ask; "Do we just stand here, or what?" She telks us we can go sit in the area and she will come clean it. We watched the host sashay back & forth with what seemed to be people she knew who were visiting the park. After atleast 20 mins, she was stopped as she passed our table again & asked if she had forgotten about us and she responded by saying, "that's what I'm about to do." She did come spray & wipe the tables & asked if we brought in a cake. She took our drink orders and went to retrieve the cupcakes & goodie bags I brought in. A young lady who was not a staff but was identified as one of the people observed walking around with our host came over & asked what our drink orders were AGAIN. She was then observed going back over to the trailer & telling the host. My husband & I seen what looked like our pitchers of drinks just sitting while the host engaged with the young lady who had previously came & asked for our orders so, we walked over & got them ourselves. At this point, our host rushed to grab cups & straws and informed us that we didn't have to do this as she would've taken care of it. I asked for napkins which took forever to come. I asked for small plates which never came. A party that witnessed what we were experiencing was finishing up & offered us their leftover plates, napkins, & a pizza that they hadn't touched. I asked the host about tickets and she found her manager who accompanied me to the front trailer & he inquired about my party experience to which he was informed of how disappointed I was. I told him in addition to this that no balloons had been provided, no popcorn, nor goodie bags as advertised in the party package. I observed him talking to her and minutes later she returned with less than half filled popcorn boxes. When asked about this the manager informed us that the boxes should've been filled and we told the hostess what her manager had just informed us. Her response, "He hasn't been here long and doesn't know what he's talking about." My sister then informed her that she could just take the popcorn back & she told my sister, "no, y'all can throw ot away" to which my sister responded by saying, "I'm not throwing it away...I don't work here, you do." The hostess then tells her, "I don't clean up behind people" and she walked away. My husband then knocks one of the boxes of popcorn on the floor and the hostess is seen on her cellphone. Turns out she is calling her mother & is informing her that my husband threw popcorn at her. She then relays this message to the managers who get security to come ask my husband to leave. Had it not been for a table of witnesses who saw this entire encounter and spoke to the managers on my husband's behalf, he would've been put out for assault...with popcorn🤦🏾‍♀️. The hostess was observed on several occasions speaking to her managers (all staff appeared to be very young) in a very disrespectful tone. Her mother arrives and also makes a scene after this situation has been diffused and my party group is preparing to leave. She is observed yelling obscenities and making threats to press charges due to her daughter's false allegations of a popcorn assault. Awful!
