1st visit = TOGO. The service was impeccable as she didn't forget anything and addressed everything. The mussel noodle dish was overcooked. Noodles al dente would have even worked but not mushy limp noodles. 2nd visit - 4 course dining no substitutions. This would not have been an issue but I know for a fact you don't have to pay the full amount if you opt of the liquor option. I believe they deduct $20-25 from the bill. But whatever I figured maybe the Louisiana ⚜️ location was going above and beyond to have introduced me to the fact ... You don't have to take the liquor. You pay for your food. Either way, I didn't begrudge anyone just said ok c'est la vié. 3rd attempt and this is what prompted me to write as I had previously scored without a written review. Tequila and Tapas basically. **What didn't work: 1) The AC wasn't working. Before being alerted to it ... I wondered, out loud, if menopause came early as it was a stark difference from the hostess stand to our seating which was 8-12ft from the hostess stand. I thought the lady that shared our booth was over reacting when she called her dining party to alert them to no AC and tequila being served plus LEATHER SEATS. I'm like just order ice water and enjoy. Yeah, no...she foresaw what would be the issue. 2) Finally found a drink that worked for me as the first two did not. It was strawberry 🍓 based so I asked if I could swap the last drink (coffee based) for this one. Server said he asked and was told no. - I didn't ask a manager. - I just managed and sure enough it was horrid. - I don't drink coffee let alone coffee and liquor. Hence, this should be a 2 star ⭐⭐ because the shortcomings across the board truly matter but maybe this GM has budget issues or don't know or may not care what others are doing which leads to the comparison and low rating. I'd didn't ask sub wine for tequila as I've learned they won't do it here. I never expected such until Louisiana offered you can have tequila instead of wine. Louisiana introduced us to you don't have to have any liquor and just have soda then it's discounted because food is $40 and liquor is $20/25. 3) shrimp overcooked on the toastada option and it was overly salty. Geez Louise. - ceviche included scallops which was welcomed but chips were stale - see the paloma left hanging it came 2nd and by the time the strawberry drink showed it was still sitting. - sea bass grilled well but the fat on it caught me off guard while the sweetness + tequila of the sauce caught my folks off guard - churros decent and I'm no chocolate fan so dip didn't get touched. At any rate, the host for the family dining was personable. Just too many bodies in one place so we could barely hear her. And, she definitely never heard our trivia answers. Time to go... The server picked up and ran multiple cards as we waited. The tap and go option was down. Ok cool. I even understand being efficient in your steps and running every one at one time but we asked during the service of dessert for the check so maybe I should have prompted him with....we've got to go for work and this ran over. Can we meet you at the door? Register? Seriously didn't realize they can send off/run orders from the pad straddled over them but One can't pay with the same device so they must go to a POS station to settle bills. 2 stars because the swapping of drinks offered that same night shouldn't have been an issue. Heck, I would have taken the strawberry concoction over the other 3 all night. We know folks didn't come/attend/stay because our dining partners left. Would love to enjoy June's offering but it's a bourbon or whiskey event sooooo you know they don't opt out here and just give soda. Flyer attached and I sent it to BFF that enjoys whistlepig. With that, maybe they'll see what their peers are doing and Go from there. Maybe not.

Order 71; Date: 09/18/2024; Time: 03:12 p.m. Terrible service. Upon arriving in a to-go parking space! I clicked the link I received via text message and entered parking space # as requested. Waited, waited, and waited. No one came outside. I went inside and restaurant was pretty much empty with the exception of one patron at the bar. I was not greeted. The white female bartender with long orangish hair color looked at me rudely and when I said I came to pick up order she said “she can help you!” I turned around to a high top table across from the bar and there were literally 4 females standing around chatting (doing zero work). One of those females said “what’s your name?” Again, rude, unprofessional, not friendly. These people carry on as if they’re not at work and don’t want to be there. I hate I didn’t pull the salad out while in there because you all would have gotten it back. The salad isn’t worth $10.50. Yes, I asked for all the toppings to be removed; however, lettuce had a strong smell, some of the lettuce was brown and it was wilted. The “crispy potatoes” that I ordered were far from crispy, they were soft, greasy, and soggy! This is all the imperial dip they gave me for $14.50. Shameful!!!!! Based on how disgusting the food and service were and they lack of portion sizes for the amount, even when it came to chips and dip, I will never return.

I must say the atmosphere is nice. The wait staff is very pleasant (That's why I gave 2 stars). Jade you were great. The food was definitely lacking. Shrimp pad Thai was my order which taste like just sweet vinegar. Really that's it, $16 of sweet vinegar(My plate looks scant because I had to let others try to see if I was crazy and I wasn't). My husband ordered the Imperial cod which was more like unimpressive cod. $23 of bland water logged fish with tasteless white sauce on top with unrecognizable seafood in it. (which by the way he started feeling SICK in the restaurant and vomited at home with a side of the runs after eating very little of The imperial cod) which came with Jasmine rice that was starchy and slightly under done and blanched string beans. My son had popcorn shrimp with broccoli instead of French fries (bad judgment call on my behalf), mushy, just mushy. We took our leftovers to go thinking the kids would mess with it but my husband's food garbaged after his sick spell. We had family visiting from out of the country and wanted them to have a great time their last night here. A party of 9!!!! BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE! Just feel that for food that isn't cheap I shouldn't have had this type of experience.

We went here for our friends birthday celebration with 8 adults and 1 child. We've been here multiple times, but after this trip this may of been our last! We were set close to our reservation time and waited probably 10 minutes before we got our drink order taken and then another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks. They were pretty busy like a normal Saturday night, but not every table full. We had two different waitresses trying to help us, but one was doing one thing and the other was lost in her own world and kept forgetting things and messing up with the orders. It's bad when the other waitress tells us that the girl is a few bricks shy of load! My wife got the 7oz Sirloin medium rare with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and I got a bowl of the Tomato Bisque and Mussels Josephine. Her steak came to the table marked as medium rare and the color was correct upon cutting it. However after she took a couple bites she told me it was cold in the center. She cut me a small piece to try and sure enough the steak was refrigerator cold in the middle like they had cooked it prior and set it in the fridge then just warmed the outside a little and served it to her. I told the waitress about it and she took the steak to be corrected. While we waited my wife tried the mac and cheese and it is usually good, but this time it was very plain flavored with almost no cheese on it. Her mashed potatoes were good like usual with no complaints there. Now the waitress brings her exact steak back on the same plate and it was solid brown and over cooked. She cut into it and it was well done now and not medium rare like she wanted and was tough like they threw it in a microwave to heat it up!! This is very unacceptable!!! For a $23 sirloin steak and fancy restaurant they should do better!!! Even a cheap steak house like Logans or Applebees will replace the steak with a properly cooked steak instead of just microwaving your old steak and still not getting it right!! Now on to my food. The tomato bisque was good and a decent portion size even though they charged us more for it than what the menu said it was. The mussels were not good however and that was my main dish I was wanting! They were extremely fishy tasting with very little sauce on them and the sauce that was there was basically garlic water with some raw onions and tomatoes chopped up in it. I guess that's what I get for trying something new instead of getting the salmon like usual. We also had some Bang Bang shrimp and they were decent, but lacked sauce. They had little flavor and were definitely not like normal!! I'm not sure if it's new cooks or just bad management or what's going on there, but they need to fix it soon!! For a so called high tier place they need to up their game, this kind of service and bad food presentation is highly...
