This store will lie and mislead you about their return policy. We worked with Taylor. She told us we were able to return the bed and base, no questions asked. We have had our sleep number just over a month and do not like the bed at all. Our sleep quality numbers have been below 50 for every night we have had our bed and adjustable base. We are now being told we are not able to return the base. Should we have known that, we would not have EVER purchased a bed we could only return half of! On top of that, we purchased sheets for our split top mattress. Taylor told us the sheets would be shipped because she could not locate the sheets in their store. The sheets were never shipped, I had to call the week before the bed was deceived to ask about them. She told me I took them home that day, which I did not because she could not locate them. Her solution was to have us drive to another sleep number store to pick up the set. We are now stuck with an adjustable base that has cost us 4 times what a normal adjustable base would. We are returning the mattress and can not get rid of it fast...

After that any services that this bed needs will be prorated at a cost to you. I’ve only owned this mattress for four months and a chamber needs to be replaced. I am in fear of what will happen after this 100%warranty ENDS . Two of these mattresses were purchased the same day.I am so disappointed because they will say to you and that you signed on the dotted line. But they will never say that they don’t give you a chance to read Word for Word or ask enough questions. They also will not say that your 100% warrantee only last for one year and not the lifetime of the mattress ! 100% warranty means 100% warranty PERIOD!! I did not purchase a car I purchased a mattress so I understood exactly what she said was a lifetime warranty. I will not say that it’s not a good sleep because it is.
