Maki Of Japan — Restaurant in Harrisburg

Beware! Ordered food at the Maki of Japan in the Concord Mills Mall in NC. I ordered the lo mein along with the bourbon chicken and orange chicken. Started eating my food and discovered that I was given spaghetti! It tasted awful! Instead of using lo mein noodles, the staff used spaghetti noodles! I was livid! I took my food up to the server and explained that I was served spaghetti instead of lo mein. She could not understand me since she could only speak Spanish. I saw a man at the other end of the serving line and explained that they were serving spaghetti instead of lo mein. He ignored me and I asked to speak to the manger. He said that he was out until tomorrow. I asked for a refund. He asked for my receipt which I gave him. As he was fumbling with the cash register, I told people in line that they were getting spaghetti instead of lo mein. Some were shocked and annoyed. The man finally gave me my money back and asked that I not tell his customers about the spaghetti. I told him that it was fraud to serve spaghetti when the menu stated lo mein. He said that you have to look at the item you are ordering. Seriously! I jaunt took my money and left. Maybe I will call the local TV station and they can do an article...

Only reason why I’m not giving this a zero star because I don’t have an option. There’s no way that I get food from here for the past three years and do the same thing every single time and they are telling me that I have to get in a whole Nother line to get bourbon sauce which takes less than a second to scoop up and Put in a container of lo mein. I get the same thing every single time not sure why I’m denied bourbon sauce because I’m I’m in a different line when it’s all the same place I recommend never eating here they don’t know how to treat loyal customers.
