We went to Chez Bircan out of curiosity to see a small ceramics shop that uses more traditional techniques. We had a private lesson on Pottery, saw a wheel that is being used for generations in the family and our daughter was taught how to make a vase (different than the big shops where they make a demo and then ask for a volunteer that screws up, to show how difficult it is) that she signed and took home with her.
