Erkaya Seramik — Attraction in Avanos

This is a family-run store with beautiful, handmade ceramics. We enjoyed our shopping experience here, and like other reviewers, we felt that the store employee (one of the sons) was very patient, informative, and did not pressure us to buy anything. It was really special to learn about the family business and ceramic making process. We were served tea while in the shop and we received a complimentary pottery wheel demonstration. We were told by our local hotel hosts that we received fair prices on our purchased pieces at this shop and everything was authentic...

The pottery workshop I visited in Avanos was truly amazing! The atmosphere was warm and incredibly inspiring. The masters were very welcoming and attentive, making the experience truly enjoyable. They explained the pottery-making process and guided me through trying it myself. Their passion and knowledge for the craft were evident in every moment. I would definitely love to go back and highly recommend it...

Very very good prices. Right in the town centre. They make all their ceramics themselves and have been at it for many generations. The guy is very friendly. The prices are so great that I would suggest everyone to buy from here and NOT from Istanbul. Where the prices will be at least 5 times....
