Paflar Ciger — Attraction in Eyyübiye

Liver kebap did NOT meet my expectations that much. I think it’s a bit overrated by youtubers. However, sebzeli kebap was out of this world! So delicious! The meat and fat balance were so good.

Appetizers come before the mains for free and they were pretty tasty. Yayık ayran was great. Personnel is friendly. Prices were reasonable for good quality.

The reason that the place got very popular is just because the second floor can accommodate 15 tables, and the setup is very authentic and modern. Restaurants nearby are less modernized and not clean as this one. That’s why this place stands out from others.

Our hotel manager suggested we eat here and we were so glad we did!

From the ground floor, it didn't look like much, but the upstairs dining room was a pleasant surprise! Especially with all the cats watching us from the roofs! :)

We ordered just two kebab plates and the spread we got was so delightful, we still talk about it months later! Everything tasted new and yummy (to our palate) and after Istanbul, it felt super affordable for the price we paid!

Çok kötü bir tüccar asla önermem . Antep urfa maraş mardin kilis ve ege sürekli yemek yerim ve gezerim, doğu bölgesinde et çok iyidir ve güzel yapan cok yer vardır. Paflarda et yemekçisi bence ama bir işletme sadece yemek değildir. Servis elemanı dan ekmek istediğimde ilgileneceğim belirtti 4 dk sonra oradaki calısan küçük çocuklara söylediğimde hemen arkamdan poşete koydu ve verdi. servis elemanları tamamen ilgisiz olduğu buradan belli. Yemekler için cok bekleniyor . Aynı zamanda içeride gaz kokusu vardı. esnaf ve tüccarlık farkı vardır Bu bölgelerde ikinci salataya para alınmaz, ama paflar tüccar olduğu için herseyden para alıyor hemde yanımdaki masaya iki kişi oturdu onunla aynı salata konmasına rağmen biz 4 kişiye salata yetmedi ve 160 tl ilaveler için para aldılar ve bunu belirttiğim de "bende dısarda yediğimde bende veriyorum" diye yalan söyledi. Bir daha gelmiyeceğimi belirttiğim de ise eleştiriye kapalı bir sekilde ve yüksek, küstah bir tavırla biz sizi almayız o zaman diye belirtti. Her yerde yemeğe calısırım farklı bir tat denemek için iki dükkan yanında kekoda yediğimde et aynı ama ilgi harikaydın. Paflarda yemeğin tabakta biter bitmez kalksın diye alıyor cay bile teklif etmiyor ama keko üç masası var ve istersen cay kahve iç diye teklifte bulunuyor. Esnafla hareket edin yoksa tüccarlar para için bir gün yemeğinizin içinden malzeme çalabilirler veya emeğinize Baska seyler katabilirler siz farketmezsiniz çünkü tüccar para için calısır.
