M&J Does it Again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I was so thrilled with a girls trip to Turks in March 2025 (see that review below) that I asked these guys when I should bring my husband and kids back — they said early summer so here we are! Again, M&J’s Charter provided THE HIGHLIGHT and THE BEST DAY of the trip!

Captain AJ and mate Patrick welcomed me back and my family with open arms! While they appealed to me initially because their charters are clearly for the water-sports-enthusiast at heart, they set themselves apart both times with their incredible service! Who can ask for better than the nicest, warmest guides taking you to THE BEST spots?! They were fantastic with our kids aged 12 and 10. There’s no way to adequately “review” guys that put you literally within feet of amazing stuff when you drop in the water: turtles (spot 1), fantastic coral and fascinating reef formations (spot 2), and water teeming with fish and an eagle ray (spot 3). But it gets better… these guys have such positive vibes that local celebrity dolphin Jojo swam over to visit us in our last spot!

Our one goal was awesome snorkeling and they delivered above (my Floridian high level) expectations!

Could not ask for a better time and guides on the water! And the best rum punch on the island to boot! Mily, I’m gonna be asking for fishing too next time!

Our captain and mate, AJ & Patrick, were some of the best crew I’ve ever had. Most impressed with: preparedness, perfect blend of professional but kind and genuine desire for us to have the best experience, local knowledge of where to take us… and getting us to the best spots first. They went above and beyond with food and drink and a few special surprises! The full day trip with lunch is definitely worth it. Only downside to our trip was the weather (wind) prevented us from hitting one very desirable location, but it was clearly the right decision. My son and I had an absolutely incredible experience with M&J Charters during our latest visit to Turks & Caicos! We booked for 4 hours of deep-sea fishing. They picked us up right on the dock of the resort we were staying at, and we were off to the deep water! The boat was clean and comfortable, and the crew was friendly and professional. They were also 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which meant we could be the first on the fish!

Captain Jacket and Lynden were super chill and just a pleasure to spend the day with. We would have still had a great time even if we didn't catch anything, but that wasn't the case! My son reeled in a Skipjack and I reeled in a Black Fin. We also had something large on the line, but unfortunately, we had to pay the tax man. Lynden cut a filet from the Black Fin and we had it for dinner that night. It was delicious!

Jacket and his mate (his son) took us out for a full 7 hour day of deep sea fishing on his well fitted 31 ft. Grady White.

The boat was great with lots of fishing room, seating, and a large T top for some nice shade. They arranged with us before hand to have whatever drinks or snacks we wanted (their homemade rum punch is amazing). They are extremely customer service oriented and always make sure you're comfortable and taken care of.

These guys worked hard trying to get us on some big Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, or Marlin and boy did they work their tails off trying to put us on some big ones. We landed some decent ones late and its because these guys went above and beyond making adjustments to different bait, lines, etc. They even went a little over the agreed upon time due to our tough luck early on.
