Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas — Hotel in Providenciales

The villa was a bit difficult to locate. Please note: Turn right by the Yacht Club. Do not drive towards Smiths Reef. The number on the gate is 7. The beach is located directly across the street past a wooden gate. Grace Bay beach was very choppy due to the wind and a bit cooler than we expected. It is the Atlantic Ocean after all.||Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas consists of 3 separate units. Our unit was the Oleander Villa which is a King bed studio. The unit was well stocked with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Silverware, dishes and cups were provided along with access to a large cooler. We were very impressed with the daily cleaning and towel service. The villa also has a grill and outdoor dining seating available. The pool has floaties and pool toys available which was convenient. Overall, the outdoor pool and patio areas were nicely landscaped with gorgeous plants, flowers and a hammock as well. The only negative we encountered was a group of very loud and obnoxious partiers. We had to intervene and contact the owners who did not respond until the next day. Be aware you are sharing a common space and could potentially be subject to loud neighbors. ||Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodations. The owners were very kind, helpful and made sure you were taken care of. Also, a car is highly recommended. This location is residential. There are several restaurants within walking distance, however a car is recommended to explore other beaches in the Leeward side of the island. ( Sapodilla beach, Taylor Beach and Bonefish Point). Grace Bay Beach Villas is a hidden gem away from the business of Grace Bay. It is in the Turtle Cove area which is quiet yet offers a few restaurants and coffee shop/deli within easy walking distance. The beach is located a short walk across the street down a private walkway and chairs and umbrellas are set up exclusively for Grace Bay Beach Villa guests. We did rent a car and parking is easy as each villa has its own designated parking spot. We stayed in the Bougainvillea unit which is a small studio containing a bathroom, small refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The space was clean and Luz and her team came in daily to empty garbage and replace towels. We only wish there was an additional sink for washing dishes we used. There is only one sink located in the bathroom vanity. There is a kitchen space located in the bar area down by the pool that does have a sink and a table under a gazebo, which we enjoyed having our morning breakfast. Please note that the Bougainvilla and Oleander units are one bedroom studios located adjacent to a larger rental that sleeps ten. Unfortunately, two nights were rented to a group of partiers that we heard on and off till 5:30 am. Then a large family group came in. We did not experience any noise like we did with the previous renters, however, all of their towels, floats, toys, lotion, snacks etc., occupied the majority of space around the pool common area and were not always put away after use. Grace Bay Ocean Villas are amazing!!! My friend and I stayed 7 days at MAGNOLIA Villa, truly one of the best!!! Very large 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, huge living/dining room and very big kitchen, fully equipt. Very quite and relaxing front and side patio, swimming pool, with plenty of chairs, and outside furniture. We was enjoying eating breakfast and lunch, outside our Villa, on our own picnic table in the shade. The Manager Ms. LUZ was waiting for us. Gave us all the information, showed us the beach and all around. Gave us her phone number, if we needed anything she was always available. Gave us telephone for taxi. We went food shopping, eating breakfast and lunch at Villa everyday. For dinner we took taxi, who was recommending us great Restaurants nears. We also walk to Bacci Restaurant, has good food. Felt very safe walking at night. |Turks and Caicos has the best beach, of all other Island. The water is warm, blue, green, turquoise amazing color. We definitely will be back, and highly recommend Grace Bay Villas. Specially Magnolia and Orchid, Our next trip we will be planning to take Magnolia and Orchid and book for 8 friends. Two of our friends joined us the last 3 days. They stayed at Gardenia Villa.
