Unfortunately, we had the worst service today. The salt dispenser was broken, and when we used it, the broken head fell off, spilling salt all over our eggs and ruining them. When we brought it to the manager’s attention, she told us we should have just pushed the salt away—seriously?! We only asked for the eggs to be replaced, not the entire plate. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she gave us attitude and made no sense, again saying we should have put less salt. She just had a bad and disgusting attitude and is probably an extremely bitter person that should not be operating in this industry. How is it our fault that your dispenser is broken and ruined our food?
The waitress was friendly, but this manager (or owner, whatever she is) seriously needs some customer service training. We paid for everything but ended up leaving most of that plate, including the eggs as it was inedible.
Even initially, the bagel, that was suppose to come with bacon, was missing, we kindly asked for it and it was brought to us.
Bad bad bad customer service and unfortunately more often than enough, if this would have happened to a client of another ethnic group I can certainly guarantee you the service would have been different, often people that look like you, do the most and try to flex the little authority they may have. Blaming clients when your stuff is broken and should be checked every morning to make sure that they are...

I ordered a custom-made croissant sandwich, which consisted of a fried egg white, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, which was very delicious.
The ONLY PROBLEM that I had was the waitresses and their customer service. I requested for my iced oatmilk latte to come out before my meal. At first, I thought they may have forgotten, but when I asked for the fourth time, it seemed that they were intentionally, not listening, and purposely brought the coffee out 10 minutes after my sandwich came out.
As one of the waitresses walked around to attend the other customers she apparently had a sarcastic smile on her face whenever she...
Read moreI don’t know if the service was better or the food. We came in about 5-10 minutes before closing and Veronique accommodated us so kindly. She allowed us to order from their full menu and stayed a bit past closing, which we felt bad about but she was so kind about it. We ordered the jerk chicken breast wrap to eat and omg 🤤🤤🤤. So delicious. I ordered a vanilla iced chai latte w oat milk and I’m pretty picky about cha lattes and this one was a 10/10, absolutely perfect. My friend ordered a strawberry passion fruit smoothie and she loved it. I would honestly come back here again and anytime someone comes to Turks I would 1000% recommend coming here to eat. And it’s also so beautiful! Amazing food, service and views! Doesn’t get any better! Thanks...
