A deep dive into Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah

My family and I recently visited the Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah Hotel again, and, as always, we were completely delighted! This is not our first visit, and, of course, we will return here again and again. This hotel has become a real home away from home for us, with its warm atmosphere and impeccable service that always pleases and surprises. We would like to pay special attention to Chef Sherad and other chefs of the hotel. Sherad is a true master of his craft! He and his team cook not just food, but real culinary masterpieces. Each time, we enjoyed not only the quality of the products, but also the unique flavors of the dishes, which amazed with their variety and sophistication. From local delicacies to international dishes, every menu is thought out to the smallest detail. A balanced balance of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients and attention to every detail — all this makes every meal unforgettable. We cannot fail to mention the culinary virtuosity of other chefs, who also deserve great gratitude for their work. We've seen how they put their soul into every dish, and you can feel it from the first bite. Special attention should be paid to baking — it's something unique! Juicy croissants, delicate rolls, mouth—watering desserts - all this was created with such love that you don't want to leave the table. We can't help but mention Tamanna, the waitress, who always greeted us with a smile, served us professionally and gave us a special feeling of comfort and care. Her attention to the guests, cordiality and willingness to help deserve the warmest words. We would also like to thank the restaurant's managers, who create an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality, providing a high level of service and attentiveness to every visitor. Do not forget about the specialists at the reception. They are always friendly, prompt and ready to help with any issues. We felt at home here, and this, of course, is a credit to all the staff. We sincerely thank Chef Sherad and his team, as well as all the staff of the hotel for an unforgettable stay. We leave with a feeling of deep satisfaction and are confident that we will definitely return to Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah again and again. This review is regarding my stay in July 2023 I was very happy with the location because I wanted to see a different part of the UAE however I had no idea that it was so difficult to get to during peak hour traffic - which in this area seems incessant. It can take 45-mins to an hour to get to/from the Dubai airport and there is no train station nearby as an alternative. My room and services however were very good. However there were many minor details in my room that needed attending to, like the hardware in the bathroom that fell off the wall. Breakfast was standard and I was lucky enough to have Egyptian service, which made my day. I noticed from the view from my room that there were two pools and one was very busy and one was empty so when I went to the pool floor I went across to the pool that had no one. There all the lounges were in need of repair but I had already watched them clean the pool so I was comfortable to swim there, and there was someone sweeping so I felt ok and was happier to swim without a lot of people because I do laps. I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again because the rates are very reasonable, it is comfortable and the service is wonderful. I would just try to time things better if possible. People make the place for me – everything else will be minor when the people are so lovely.

Хотелось бы отметить стильное лобби отеля, с живыми цветами, современным интерьером и мебелью. Так как мы были в декабре уже был шикарный новогодний декор. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный! Особенно Reena, El Yazid, Monisha. Сразу же реагировали на любые наши просьбы. Мы прилетели по местному времени в 6 утра, и несмотря на то, что заселение в 14:00, нас заселили сразу, это нас очень порадовало. Пока оформляли номер, принесли приветственный свежевыжатый сок из каких-то тропических фруктов, что было очень приятно. Номер дали на 30 этаже, с потрясающем видом на набережную. В номере чисто и вкусно пахнет, белоснежные полотенца и пастельное, подушки просто супер. Мебель вся современная, сейф, холодильник, чайный и кофейный набор, вода - пополнялись ежедневно; фен, тапочки, ванные принадлежности (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, зубные щетки, ватные палочки, набор для бритья) есть все необходимое. Ресторан находится на втором этаже. Завтраки просто потрясающие! Есть все и на любой вкус: вам могут приготовить омлет (с помидорами/ сыром/ грибами/ ветчиной/ зеленью), глазунью, шакшуку с помидорами, вареные яйца. При вас пекут вафли и панкейки, можно полить шоколадом или джемом. Для любителей полезных завтраков есть разная зелень(руккола, зеленый салат, шпинат), хумус, припущенные брокколи, морковь, цветная капуста, фасоль в томатном соусе, греческий йогурт, также и сладкие йогурты с манго, с черникой, клубникой. Нам очень понравился йогурт со злаками, бананами и изюмом. Для тех кто любит сытные мясные завтраки: бекон, ветчина, сосиски, картофельные треугольнички в панировке, картошка фри, колбаса с фисташками из индейки, колбаса из говядины, куриные крылышки, рис, спагетти. Твердые сыры и мягкие творожные, оливки. Выпечки тут тоже огромное количество, круассаны разных видов, шоколадные и ванильные кексы, французские булочки, тосты и т.д Из фруктов: ананас, папайя, арбуз, апельсины, персики консервированные, свежевыжатый сок, очень вкусное кофе Julius Meinl аппаратное( капучино, латте, американо, эспрессо) различные чаи. Так же есть горячая детская каша, без соли и без сахара на молоке, сухие хлопья с молоком. Персонал в ресторане внимательный и радушный, всегда подойдут, спросят все ли вкусно, предложат что-то еще попробовать, еду вам может привести говорящий робот, очень необычно. На 7 этаже есть чистый бассейн, с шезлонгами, тренажерный зал. Расположение отеля тоже очень удобное. Радом чистая и аккуратная набережная, по которой можно прогуляться вечером. А в 10 минутах ходьбы автобусная станция, для тех кто хочет самостоятельно поехать в Дубай. В этом году мы были приятно удивлены, что появился трансфер от отеля до Дубай Молла и обратно, что очень удобно! Если вы первый раз в ОАЭ обязательно советую посетить Абу-Даби, мечеть Шейха Заида, обзорная экскурсия по Дубаю, Бурдж Халифа с подъемом, Атлантис, Сафари. Если уже главные достопримечательности видели, то стоит съездить на очень красочную ярмарку Global village, Gold Frame, и район Al Seef (старый город) тоже очень атмосферно. От отеля есть бесплатный трансфер до пляжа Al Khan beach. Ажиотажа нет, мест всем хватало, так как есть 3 рейса на пляж и обратно, в 8:30, 8:45, 9:00. Погода в декабре была замечательная, гулять очень комфортно, днем +27, утром и вечером + 20, мы обошлись без кофт) Расположение отеля: 5 Чистота в номере: 5 Обслуживание : 5 Питание: 5 Однозначно рекомендую этот отель, вернемся снова!

Perhaps I am a celebrity after all… … because that is the way Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah people made me feel during my recent stay in this excellent hotel. From a warm welcome from Emmanuel, responsible for front door security, to Adelaida, Assemgul and Sid, ever patient professionals in charge of the front desk, to Ms Roma, with the best capuccino in Sharjah prepared in the Library Café. A special thanks Mr Mina, the Yasmina restaurant manager always looking after your every need and his polite and proactive team: recently promoted Ms Puja; Mr Sharad, chef extraordinaire; Maharti, Aman, Ankush, Pande, Moamen, Lyra, Erna and many others. Not to forget Ms Elsi and Chef Aungsoe in the Cheek Chan restaurant (worth a separate review in both Google Maps and Trip Advisor) Finally, the efficient and meticulous housekeeping team doing every effort to keep rooms sparkling clean. Last but not least, the star of the show: Mr Hasan, a housekeeping dinamo working tirelessly everywhere: sidewalk, corridors, Library Café, Yasmina, lobby, pools, corridors,etc

Good hotel for business travellers. Star persons in this hotel are:- 1) Saagar ( housekeeping - he alone deserves 5 stars plus! ), his attention to detail, quality of standards, level of service excelled way beyond the norm, well done. My advice to management is to train every member to his standards, and your hotel will go to another level. 2) Chef Shrada and his team. Very good food. Thank you for taking care of my lady ( on a gluten free diet ). 3) The service staff: Moamen, Kinh were attentive and served us very well, thank you. 4) Final thanks to Hossam on front desk, you kindly received us and checked us in with great efficiency. The steam room and pool in this hotel is a good place to relax, the jacuzzi could use a stronger blast of air. The only let down was the pool/wet area could use a more happier staff ( either they are so hard worked and are tired, or just miserable. ) On the whole we would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

When I arrived I found guests shouting up at the reception waiting for 3 and half hours for their rooms.. Another guest came shouting because after 3 hours they gave him a room key which is occupied and he walked in on the existing guists !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't understand what's the problem, then it was my turn to suffer.. they denied me a room next to my kids although confirmed on the phone I had driven over 200 Km. Then they were very rude Mr Adeel displayed the most carelessness condicending attitude.. when their manager MR Ajmal came and heard me talking to a friend to write a review.. The manager told write your review you will never get your rooms !!!!!!!! I hope the Sheraton opens an investigation and I will provide my feedback.. First time in my life to be kicked out of a hotel.. Still can't believe he said that.. Save your time and money NEVER COME HERE.. SEE PHOTOS OF ANGRY GUESTS PILLING WAITING TO SOLVE THIER ISSUES.
