Shockingly Negligent Staff and Poor Safety Standards at Adventure Park

I am utterly appalled by the negligence and lack of safety at the Adventure Park play area in Dubai Hill. My recent visit with my 3-year-old daughter turned into a nightmare due to the staff’s indifference and the unsafe environment.

Upon our arrival, my daughter was excited to try the “Ninja Park” section, which is clearly not suitable for a toddler as it features a 12-foot high structure with stairs. Recognizing the potential danger, I repeatedly asked the staff member, Ahmad, to assist her as she could not climb the stairs by herself. Despite my concerns, Ahmad completely dismissed my requests and failed to provide any support or supervision.

The situation worsened when my daughter returned from the play area crying, with visible red marks and abrasions on her face from a fall. Shockingly, Ahmad did not even notice her distress. He ignored her cries and did not allow me immediate access to comfort her. Instead, he locked her in the area while he left to fetch a nurse, leaving my child in distress and alone.

The response from the management was equally disappointing. The manager, Ashhar, was dismissive and unhelpful. He trivialized the incident, suggested that injuries were part of the “adventure,” and even changed his story multiple times to deflect responsibility. His offer of a mere 30-minute free play voucher as compensation was insulting given the seriousness of the incident.

It’s clear that Adventure Park does not prioritize the safety and well-being of its young visitors. The play area, advertised for children aged 3-8, lacks adequate safety measures and the staff’s response to injuries is shockingly insensitive and inadequate. Adventure Park Dubai Hills is a great spot for families with young kids, especially those between 4 and 8 years old. The whole setup is really well thought out — the play areas are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a nice mix of activities that keep children engaged the entire time. There are climbing structures, slides, obstacle-style challenges…etc.

What I liked most is the system they have in place for managing turns — each child gets a specific time per ride or section, which keeps everything organized and ensures everyone gets a fair chance to play without long waits or chaos. The staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely good with kids, which makes a big difference.

In terms of pricing, it’s reasonable by Dubai standards considering the quality of the space and staff attention. I’d say two hours is the ideal duration for a relaxed visit; one hour feels too short, and three hours is perfect if it’s crowded or you want to take breaks. Food is just around the corner at the food court but they do have a small coffee shop inside.

There’s also a special toddler area where children exceeding 110 cm in height aren’t allowed.

Only ladies toilets are there. Not a big deal but a challenge if you’re a solo dad on your own & the little one needs the toilet (my case).

we just had great experience today , the staff Dikshya/Sulochana/ Mercy are very professional, kind and care the kids and our guests , I’m very happy with service and facilities, they have created beautiful moments for my daughter’s birthday.

The party hall is big and with designed ballon as per our requirement without extra charge , and each staff here Warm welcomed us and with happy smile all the time .

We love to see these happy faces around .

At the end of the Party , the manager visited us with beautiful birthday wishes , and asked about feedback , which is really good , this is how a company becomes bigger and improving by hearing from clients .

This is a definitely a place which I need come again for party and recommend .

The food and drinks from the Mall are allowed to bring for the party ,this is very good , as most of the party places in Dubai don’t allowed outside food , which inside the party place food are expensive.
