I brought one smart watch and one smoothie maker along with few groceries on 12.03.2020. After 2days unfortunately my smart watch stopped working, I went back to Carrefour customer service and I mentioned the problem. I felt I will prefer reimbursement rather than replacement because the product got complaint with in 2days. But they were very adamant that I should gave the cover of the smart watch which I don't know where I lost. So first thing I learned from store in charge Mr. Jomal that I should keep the cover of the item what ever I purchase from Carrefour. They replaced the smart watch after a long procedure and I went back. ( neglected my request for reimbursement). The very next day smoothie maker got complaint again I went to Carrefour with all the packing , luckily I didn't lost the package. This time before mentioning anything their customer service executive asked me did you bring the same credit card with which I purchased these items, unfortunately I didn't took it. So Ms. Luvis made clear to me that that she can't refund this time also because I don't have the same credit Card which I used for purchase. Before she explains any further I told to replace the item. She gave replacement papers and told me to go inside the store pick the item and show the replacement papers instead of giving cash.
I learned following things from Mr.Jomel & Ms. Luvis that, I am one among the many customers they have their own procedures to follow which the customer have to go and do whatever they are telling to get the item replaced. They mention if you don't like the electronic items which you purchase with in one week you will get full refund which is a big lie. They will behave rude with the customers because they have so many customers and those who come up with a repaired electronic items need to face their rude behaviour to get the replacement. I am also working in a company but I never saw such pathetic employees that too in customer service, I will still buy groceries from Carrefour but won't buy electronic items.
Dear Management,
I lost my time running behind this thing for 2days which was never considered but I request you to please teach your staff to behave properly.
One thing I need to say except this two all the other behaved nicely with me. But I don't why but both them were pathetic . In our company we consider customer first but they literally told procedure first. As a customer why I should I follow your company procedure to get my item replaced. I wasted time and running here and there to get my item replaced. Give them proper training otherwise you will loose customers if they were doing same in a polite manner. I won't be making...

Read moreI already had an unpleasant impression of this name, Carrefour! I think it was from an experience a long time back at a store somewhere in Saudi. But anyway when my cousin took me to get a gift from this store (as he had a gift voucher to be redeemed here) I didn't mention anything of my past impression. But to refresh my thoughts this happened... We went to an area filled with a variety of phones, and sales-personalles were wearing different brand-Ts. First, a guy approached us and assisted us very nicely with suggestions of phones with similar preferences to what we were looking for, then slowly started forcing us to buy his brand, HONOR. But we decided to go with Samsung, his behaviour completely changed and was too rude and had so much attitude he showed, and he even said "don't buy this product", I asked "then why you sell?", he replied: "Even I wonder why they sell" đ It happened again with a sales-female who forced us to choose (I think) Oppo. Anyway after so much negativity and struggle finally we bought a Samsung device, then the billing took another 30-40mins due to an IT error with gift cards and a lady said this has been happening for 3 days, phew! Ok, now as we walked out of the shopping mall we just unboxed it to see if there was a screen protector, but to our great surprise there was a scratch on one of the corners in a seal-packed brand-new device, a defection instead of protection, lol. Luckily it was inside the mall where there are plenty of CCTVs. But when we went to complain at the Carrefour, the security, staff up to the manager on duty treated us as accusers. Of course, we were suspects as this could happen one in a million times with a brand-new device, at one point the manager even said "it's not my problem and I'm not gonna accept this" and when we asked if we could take this to the next level, then came their customer-caring and informed us they'll check the mall CCTVs, investigate and will revert to us and said, it might get 2...
