the escalator going up in Al rigga metro station are ALWAYS close. Both escalators; from the metro going up and the escalator going outside of the metro are close. All commuters had to suffer every single time to climb more that 80 steps (stairs) going up, wearing their mask on! We’ve been to work all day and everyone’s tired. I understand that the need to control the influx of people going inside the metro and closing the escalator (going down). What I don’t understand is why do they need to close/stop the escalator going up!? And to sum it up, to climb a stairs wearing a face mask! It is not healthy. It is not helping the people. I hope they should...
