Last week, my friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Zaatar W Zeit in Al Ghurair, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Our server, Francis, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic meal. His friendly demeanor and thoughtful suggestions made the entire dining experience feel so special. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable about the menu and his suggestive selling really added to our experience. At times, I even felt as though I was dining in a fine dining restaurant rather than a casual eatery.

Additionally, the restaurant’s manager, Pretz, was equally impressive. She was very approachable and made us feel welcomed from the moment we entered. Throughout our meal, she checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied. Her warm and accommodating nature really stood out and added a personal touch to our visit.

The ambiance of Zaatar W Zeit was another highlight. The interior design was modern yet cozy, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The lighting was perfect, adding a touch of elegance without being too overpowering. I recently visited Zaatar w Zeit in Al Ghurair, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The ambiance is modern and cozy, offering a perfect environment for both casual dining and more intimate meals. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Alvin, our waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and his warm demeanor really made the experience even more enjoyable.

The menu offers a wide variety of flavorful dishes, all made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying their famous manakeesh (Za’atar or cheese), which is always a crowd favorite. The wraps are also delicious, and their signature salads are incredibly fresh and full of flavor.

We just ate in this restaurant, it's our first restaurant on Deira because it's our first day on Dubai, we chose this restaurant because it's Lebanese food, because Dubai is cosmopolitan! The welcome was wonderful, the staff very smiling, friendly and warm! We had the zaarta and cheese on the menu, which was very good, and we tried the carrot cheese, which was very, very good, and the prices are very, very affordable! 17 AED per dish, it was copious! I warmly recommend this restaurant for discovering new flavors, and the restaurant itself is superb, clean and modern, with a warm and cosy atmosphere! And our daughter got a little coloring book!
