The worst building management and ventilation system you can have apart from other problems. (see below) I had smoke smell coming into my apartment regularly from my neighbours due to 3 main reasons: The common ventilation system is designed and implemented in a flawed way so neighboring smells come into your apartment The apartments have fake walls and fake ceiling and behind these fake walls there are 100 tiny holes between the apartments. I even had smoke smell coming through small gaps between the window and the wall or even through the AC. Basicaly the apartment is like swiss cheese. The building's management was unable to aknowledge the issue until I bought an air quality monitor for which I paid 250 usd and showed them an actionable measurable value. (it is hard to argue with someone that juat says "i don't smell it") Needless to say that even after this the management chose to ignore my repeated complaints after a futile attempt to fix the core issue by blocking the WC...

Very bad and non-responsive management at Central Park Residences from Three60 – they disregard residents’ complaints and ignore their concerns.

We have been suffering from ventilation issues, cooking and smoking smell inside our apartment coming from higher floors and neighbours for the past 2 years, the maintenance team is unable to understand the root cause of the problem and say that some of the floors do not have proper exhaust systems to evacuate the smell and they have no possible solution for it.

The Construction works of the DIFC Innovation Hub have been ongoing for the past 1 year and a half - we wake up every morning at 6.30am to loud noise, hammering, bashing, throwing rocks and workers screaming at each other. No sleep and no peace even on weekends.
