Aqua Face Facial Bar — Local services in Dubai

Yesterday was my second visit and the whole experience was a consistent 5 stars service. Their welcome service is always excellent, with warm towel, various Patchi chocolates on a gold tray, they even asked if I wanted to have a drink before I started the treatment. I had Hydrafacial treatment, which I confidently say that they are the official provider for Hydrafacial treatment with original Hydrafacial machine. The result I achieved was obvious from the first session, completely different with the other that claimed they do Hydrafacial but not the original one. I also added SkinPen treatment which basically it's microneedling, except that their SkinPen treatment is FDA approved that makes me feel secured my skin is on the right hand and treatment. They explained to me for every step of the treatment they did so I did not feel lost or confused within the entire process. My skin problem is acne and I can tell my active acnes reduced a lot and my skin slowly glows and shines better than before. I trust the process for healthy and clear skin takes time and effort, especially to find the right place to do the treatment. With Aqua Face Facial Bar that has all the original machine and FDA approved treatment, I am confident enough to keep coming back for the next treatment.

I booked the same service twice. The first one was great. They were highly professional and ensured to check with me at every step if I am comfortable with the process. I was so happy with the service that I booked it again.

To my disappointment, it started well with greetings and session setup as usual. I was expecting the same level of professional services. But there were 2 issues, in middle of the service the professional left and asked her assistant to fill in. She tried but she was not able to do things the way I expected.

Then, the professional left to attend other client never came back and all of my rest of services was left to hit and trial by the assistant.

I came out so embarrased and disappointed as if there is no customer value left for booking one week in advance. I would not recommend this service for sheer unprofessionalism that they showed. It was a hospitable experience for me and my family but I was left thinking did I trust the service too much to give it a second try

I would only suggest the place to be respectful of the clients, their needs and time. For people looking for the services, just check that your bookings are honoured and you are not left to trials by professionals changing...

I had been a regular client at this spa ( registered under three different numbers), flying in especially from Saudi Arabia for a day just to get my Hydrafacial — that’s how much I loved my experience here. However, it was only after my therapist, Phoo, left that I realized the entire spa experience had been special solely because of her. If it hadn’t been for her, I would never have spent my time and money on tickets that cost more than the facial itself.

Phoo truly knew what she was doing — her hands worked magic, and most importantly, her attitude was exceptionally polite and welcoming. The other therapist I tried barely explained anything, and her treatment felt no different from any ordinary spa offering Hydrafacials.

I also noticed signs of cost-cutting: serving a smaller chocolate, offering a small Evian bottle instead of the regular Voss, and replacing the deluxe-sized wet towel with a miniature one. All of this contributed to a subpar experience.

Overall, it was a deeply disappointing visit. I’ve realized it’s simply not worth traveling to another country for a facial when you’re no longer valued as a client. I truly wish Phoo hadn’t left — she was outstanding in both expertise and...
