D3 Skating — Attraction in Dubai

Go to kite beach Amazing place to skate but security is annoying. Went there for 6:30 am to rollerskate and within minutes the guard told me I can only skate in the bowl but not near the basketball court. I wanted to just skate on a flat surface but he kept harassing me telling me I cant skate near the court. Keep in mine Im the only one there and where I pointed out that the circuit area is uneven I dont want to skate up or down an incline. He was not supportive and kept telling me I cant skate here. According to their own written rules the unmotorised bicycles are allowed on the permisses, but according to the security guard they are not allowed and he kept telling all the kids not to ride them on the ramps and slides.
