Dream City Cafe — Attraction in Dubai

The food is good but customer service is very poor. I ordered my food for my lunch break and the food comes after an hour completely stiff and cold. In between that one hour I called them to enquire about my food the staff replied very rudely "two minutes.." after a while I call them again to cancel my order cause my lunch break was already over and instead of apologising the person on the phone says "dont order from next time" I was shocked then I go to to the mall food court and then the delivery person reaches my store.. the walking distance of this cafeteria till my shop is only 2 mins .. I really like the food there but I'm very upset with the customer service they have. If you cant deliver the food on time just don't take the order or atleast follow up.. dont just make the customer wait for so long and have the courtesy to...

I visited this place unexpectedly while dropping off a friend who was taking a bus to Abu Dhabi. As we were looking for a quick bite before the journey, this shop caught our attention. We ordered a half-grilled chicken and shawarma, and it was well worth the price.

The highlight of our visit was the excellent service provided by one of the staff members, a native of Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu (unfortunately, I forgot his name). His warm dealings made our experience even better.

Worse food ever, because they have high price food first then the food not tasty, employees don't know much Arabic and English, they are fooling people with their cafeteria, I ordered many times from this place, but once i ordered something by mistake, I said i don't want this order because they don't understand, they said we can't return it, because the employee will pay for it but I said I don't need it but he refuse, so it was the last time to order from this...
