We went in as a group of 4 for a horror house theme. There were 2 choices for you to choose from which are, either you are going to be touched or not being touched by the actor during the game. As I chose not to be touched while the rest of my group members are hesitating about what to choose then the person at the reception was recommending us to go for the “ touching” one, to help increase fear experience, and saying that it won’t be bad or anything just the actors will grab or touch you while we are in there during the game. We all finally go for the touch one which I then regret within the first 10 minutes of the 60 minutes experience. I was grabbed by my wrist , hard, then being yanked and pulled. The second time it was so hard that I had to shout out that” it was a hard grab! “ because it was hurting my same wrist. But unfortunately, the room wasnt that scary and the challenges are very stright forward so easy , just number combinations (stright forward from walls) & key are always just in front of you
They told us its 12 rooms challenge but it was so easy , each room just take 3-4 minutes

Additionally when we reached thier , we asked them for clips of our game (when playing) and at the beginning they agreed but when we finished they asked us to play 250Dhs just to give us the video 😅
While in other places , they sent us video free of charge ..
I wont recommend to come this place & its kind of...

The ambience was really scary and set to right tone as expected. Solving the puzzle was challenging but you get enough hints to keep moving forward. Opt for the touch/contact of the performers as it gives you the full value for the money. It’s really worth it. I don’t think the non-contact option would be that much fun. But it’s up to your personal preference. My friends and I opted for the touch/contact by the performers (they were completely respectful and scary at the same time). Kudos to the management for a top notch concept and talented performers. There were instances when we surprised the performers but it was all part of the fun 😂 Thanks Insidious Escape Room for a fab and...
