🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Allo Beirut – A Perfect Family Dining Spot in Motor City!
We recently dined at Allo Beirut in Motor City, located conveniently inside the Union Coop building — a prime spot with indoor parking, which made arriving hassle-free, especially with kids in tow and temperatures soaring above 45°C!
🍽️ Food & Taste
We ordered a mix of shawarmas, sandwiches, and a shrimp dish — every bite was flavorful, fresh, and authentic. The ingredients were of high quality, and the seasoning was spot on. We were also generously served complimentary sweet dishes, which was a thoughtful surprise that the whole family appreciated.
💁♂️ Service
A special mention goes to Hussain, our waiter, whose warm, professional, and courteous service made our experience even better. He was attentive without being intrusive, and handled everything with genuine hospitality.
🪑 Ambience & Seating
The restaurant features comfy, spacious seating, perfect for families and groups. The vibrant Arab-Lebanese theme — with traditional décor, modern touches, and soft lighting — creates a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. It really feels like a little piece of Beirut right here in Dubai.
❄️ Comfort & HVAC
Despite the extreme outdoor heat (45°C+), the indoor environment was perfectly air-conditioned, cool and refreshing — a huge plus during summer visits.
🧼 Cleanliness
The entire venue — from dining area to restrooms — was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, which only added to our comfort and enjoyment.
💰 Value & Pricing
Prices are very reasonable given the quality, taste, portion sizes, and excellent customer service. Great value for money across the board.

Read moreGood news first: the food is amazing if and when you get it....
If: three of the meals we had selected where not available "anymore". I understand if it happens with one dish but three??? And when we asked to speak to the Manager, we were brushed off getting told the Manager is not around When: Eventually one of the dish arrived but the other three guests still had to wait for a ratherong time to be able to start eating which was not appreciated. Side note: "Give me an hour" was the feedback I received from one of the waiters when I complained about the situation. Funny joke...not!
Atmosphere: We moved from one table to another, eventually settling down at the fourth option because the Aircon in the front of the restaurant is so strong that it makes sitting in certain areas very uncomfortable. First, I thought it was just us being oversensitive but then I watched guests after guests doing exactly the same. Why the owner doesn't resolve this obvious issue, no idea? Service: I was about to remove the empty dishes myself that had been sitting on our table for quite a long time while waiters with rather unfriendly attitudes rush through the place (with one exception). And we had to call a waiter a few times before our guests were able to order their drinks. Manager: the same Manager who didn't even exist according to his staff, he came to the table at some stage, listened to my concerns and apologised, eventually at least trying to make up for this negative experience by offering us two deserts - he, and the quality of food, is the reason why I didn't give two but three stars.
Sort out the Aircon, give your waiters some serious training and rather overstock than understock a bit (as all other restaurants seem to do), and this place could earn a 4 maybe even 5* review...

In a world where hospitality is often just a show, Sabri is living proof that true service comes from the heart. I had the pleasure of being served by him at Allo Beirut – Motor City, and I can say without a doubt that his presence turned a simple dinner into an unforgettable experience.
🔹 Genuine kindness – Not fake, not forced. Sabri welcomes you in a way that makes you feel respected and at home, as if you were an honored guest and not just another customer.
🔹 Attentive, precise, and fast – He knows the menu inside out, anticipates your needs, and always smiles—even during the busiest times. He never makes a mistake and, most importantly, he listens.
🔹 Humanity and dignity – In every gesture, there is humility—but also pride. A man who works with honor, respect, and the pride of someone who does his job with excellence.
In a city like Dubai, where everything moves fast and service is often cold or superficial, finding a waiter like Sabri is rare. He doesn’t just serve dishes—he serves care, attention, and genuine respect.
