Our recent visit to Jump Inc trampoline park with a group from Linkage was an absolute blast! From start to finish, it was evident that the park caters to its visitors with exceptional care and attention, particularly those with diverse needs. We were invited to experience a SEND session and highly recommend it for any young people with SEND needs. The park's layout is well designed, offering a variety of activities suitable for all ages and skill levels. From interconnected trampolines to foam pits and basketball hoops and a football area, there's something that all of our students could enjoy. What truly stood out, however, was the staff's commitment to accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt included and could participate in the activities happily, including turning lights down, turning music off, offering drinks and adjusting the check in process to make it easier on the students. For my learners from Linkage, the experience was brilliant and they all expressed how they wish to go again. They were able to engage in activities that not only provided physical exercise but also boosted their confidence and sense of accomplishment, as well as having fun and socialising together. The staff members were patient, supportive, and understanding, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all. Big thank you to all staff at Jump In Beverley for helping organise...
Read moreWe heard that Inflatanation Beverley has engaged well with the community and could get us a great deal on our cub scouts as a group booking! Booking between myself and their head office was a breeze and I was able to pay in centre.
At 6.30 last night, our group of VERY excited 8 and 9 year olds rolled in. The team in centre made the waiver forms clear easy to organise, the children were entertained whilst they waited and then Becky on reception organised them so they could be wristbanded.
A very energetic man, Jordan gathered them together, calmed the rowdy bunch and got them excited about following the safety rules! They were suddenly lined up quicker than we could do on a pack night. Leaving the parents able to relax in the hands of the very efficient cafe team headed up by a girl called Natalie, who made sure their drinks were topped up and tables cleared!
The inflatable itself is amazing, lots to do and keep them busy in a deceptively large space. The team stayed and played with them the whole time which allowed us to play too! The balls were mentioned in the early reviews of this place, but they have done a lot to rectify the issues mentioned and at no point would I say this place isnt safe!
I cannot honestly recommend this place enough, both as somewhere I would visit with my own family, or with large groups. Just what Beverley has needed and definitely a place we will be...
Read moreEdit - there was no offer to the later session made or suggested by manager. The only thing I heard was no refund we are business and I know it's not your fault but its not our either. That was it. I was late as we should be 20 min before session but still on time to start 15:00 -16:00 session. As per issue with the traffic. It's only 12.5 £ and no need for such drama over it, I understand that you need money to survive and open the door next day. But a bit of less heartlessness and we are good 2.5 sock would do but that was to much I guess hence this whole review lol
Very unhappy with management responses as there was an issue which was not main on theirs. Due to accident on the road of my daughter friend was running late. Management didn't allow refunds or extending for 20 min as they vere to busy so I said I will give ticked to some let down kids in the que but they also do not allow that so I said can I have a free pair 2.50 socks instead for one of the girls but they also vere to greedy to allow that. The worst hospitality I ever encountered. Now I have to explain to my daughter why because how the manager on shift behavior we will never comback here. I understand that this is a business and they make money to survive but simple act of giving bloody socks would not harm this business especially if I have paid 12.50 for the ticket that was not...
