This place is a horrible place for doing deliveries to, staff are rude ill mannered and on occasions aggressive. The general tidiness of the site is somewhat shabby which is not what you would expect from such a well known brand such as Cadburys! This may have a lot to do with the incompetence of the not so willing to help or do anything for that matter. The stores yard is discusting and no matter what time of the day you arrive for delivery the staff always are having there break, leaving you as a driver with the time ticking away on your tachograph card outside for hours at a time. This company seriously need to look into the level of professionalism the staff put in on a daily basis and then re consider if the core values of the company are being met! The company needs a visit from MD’s to give the staff a kick up the backside and give them the choice of either booking there ideas up and improving “a lot” or moving on somewhere else, which would probably be the back of the dole queue as nobody would employ them with the attitude problems they suffer from, the sooner they realise there not in the Getto the sooner the moral of the staff will improve. 1 star is all this place is worthy of and that is only because 0 stars is not an option. I deliver here sometimes 3 times a week, the first thing to be aware of is the height restriction at the entrance, I drive a truck that’s 15’1” 4.6M high, I have to go in via the exit gate, always look for other trucks coming out before you turn off of Bournville Lane!

NEW H&S stuff!!! You now need to book in at the gate house! And then book in again at the weigh bridge!! 🙄🙄

The goods in (L1st & V Block) are right at the back of the site and L1st goods in can only tip you 1 side at a time and the yard to turn around in can be tight if there are other trailers in it. If there are trucks in the bays its best to wait at the tight turning until they come out.

V Block has no bell or intercom so you have to try and get someone’s attention through the window next to the loading bay door. UPDATE: THERE IS A BELL/INTERCOM NOW! 👍
