April 12th 2025 We are here to see Agatha Christies Death on the Nile . A very well acted production of this period murder mystery . The cast were extremely good and kept your interest until the very end . The staff as always were excellent and a little bird told me one of them was actually part of the cast . 4th March 2025 Rita Sue and Bob too was on tonight and had us in stitches. This was an absolutely outstanding performance by all concerned. The show was the original from the eighties and was not for the delicate. A sell out crowd gave a standing ovation which was well deserved. If youget chance to go see it go ,you will have a great time February 19th 2025 Nat Augustin was here tonight celebrating the music of Stevie Wonder and Luther Vandross and a very good show it was. Starting with Stevie the band performed most of the hits of the Motown superstar. After the break Luther entertained us with his silky voice and wonderful songs. Nat is incredibly gifted to be able to perform and sound like two outstanding artists. What an incredible evening was had by everyone. We Will certainly be booking this show again April 18th 2024 Love from a stranger. A great performance of this wonderful psychological thriller by Agatha Christie.Thecast were truly outstanding in the intimate setting of the Ron Barber Studio . As always miss Christies twist at the end was not what you expected. A must see for any A.C fan May 4th A superb performance of the little shop of horrors .The cast were exceptional, the audience loved it My first visit to this theatre was pleasantly surprised how good the place is,a small but atmospheric place with plenty of leg room which is very good .Rihannan fleetwood mac tribute were on and they were very good will definitely be going there again

The theater is fairly small, but is well taken care of. Clean with good lighting. It seems like place to support more local theater, which I appreciate. The only reservation I have with this entire experience is the inside of the theater smelled mildly of mildew the entire time. I hope this isn't an issue, it was just something in the back of my mind the entire time. Before going into the theater for the performance, there is a seating area with a bar. They have ciders and beers as well as some spirits. There was crisps, coffee, and other things available there. Typical theater fare. Again, the area was kept clean. Toilets are located near this area, on the second floor. I went today to see the Dr. Jekyll play. Since this is a smaller theater, I didn't expect a super high production level. Still, the performance was very well done! The actors really pulled you into the play. I thought they did a really fine job and the sound was done really well.

Hidden gem! We visited this theatre for the Princess Live! Show. The theatre was very accessible by bus...the 126 drops you right outside. The staff at the theatre were super helpful and friendly. Theatre itself was very clean, including the bathrooms. The show was so fun! They encouraged the children to move around and get involved. We'll definitely book another one of their productions aswell as further shows in the theatre. Only dampener to our day was another child hit our daughter with the plastic wands being sold. But that's out of the theatres control.

After purchasing tickets to watch Blackadder, we sadly won't be attending. Due to receiving an email to inform us that they have introduced covid safe days to ensure every body who doesn't feel safe to visit due to covid can now attend with piece of mind after extra covid safe procedures have been put in place for Tuesdsy night showings. Our tickets were for a Tuesday showing .we are requesting a full refund as we will not pander to the needs of people who don't feel safe . It's very unfair to ask customers to log in to the nhs site and get proof of their covid double vaccine, and then take a test and register it on line as further proof...Im sorry but if people don't feel safe then stay away don't ruin it for other people who want to start enjoying the theatre once again...yes we would wear our masks to keep us and others safe, but to request all of the above just for one night is absoutly ridiculous. The crescent theatre have already put covid safety measures into place, but this extra insurance is way out of line.. If your scared the simple answer is...

It was just average to be honest- the actors were OK, when I went to watch A Christmas Carol; the performance was about average and well the actors did not seem like they wanted to be there which made me and my $6 ticket to want to go and leave out of the front door.

When you go somewhere you expect it to be fun and fantastic and not just dull and boring; although it was just 6 pounds it was not great to say the least and the classic saying of "getting a bang for your buck" did not seem to apply here.

The whole point of drama is so that he stage is alive when you are watching and you feel like you are a character but none of that happened here- I hope this was just me, I hope you who are looking at this review have a better time when you are near the stage then I did.

In addition to the lack of fun that I had on the stage there was insult to injury when a small cup of ice-cream costed me $5! I understand that the theater has to make money but this is day light robbery, the ice cream almost costed me the same amount as the bloody...
