Never experienced any issues at this shop. The staff members here are very friendly and very welcoming. Very well mannered. I buy my vape pens 🖊️ from here and for my manager at times. They once made a mistake with a payment on my card and double charged me. Corrected it straight away and gave me a vape 💨 pen free of charge. Because of double charging me by accident. There price ranges on vape pens are very reasonable, compared to other off license shops being a little bit...

I love this little shop. I come more or less every week to get my vapes. The staff are really good and their range of flavours never seem to disappoint. I 100% recommend if you want a quick stop for a snack, vape, drink or anything...

Friendly staff who are always polite with good manners. I love the European range of products, especially their variety of munchies that you can't buy anywhere else in the Birmingham area..
