I travelled all the way from Essex to Bradford just to visit this cake shop, and I can honestly say it was worth every mile. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the owner who was incredibly friendly, genuine, and clearly passionate about what they do. That personal touch made the experience feel even more special.

Now, the cakes… absolutely out of this world! I can hand on heart say these are the best cakes I’ve ever tried. I picked up three different cakes for three different families, and each one was a hit – everyone loved them. The flavours were spot on, the sponge was soft and moist, and the presentation was beautiful. You can really taste the quality and effort that goes into each one.

It didn’t stop at the cakes either. I also tried the donuts, and they were just as impressive. Soft, fresh, and available in such a variety of flavours – each one better than the last. It’s so rare to find donuts that taste homemade yet professional at the same time, and these nailed it.

What really stood out for me is that this shop isn’t just about selling cakes; it’s about creating an experience. You can tell how much care goes into everything, from the service to the baking itself. I left not only with incredible cakes and donuts but also with the feeling that I’d discovered a real hidden gem.

Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by Naz, what a Queen. She was very polite and helpful. The shop was empty of other customers so we chatted for a while, about food of course!

If you want to be treated like a King/Queen/Prince/Princess, Royale Bakery is the place to visit, top level customer service, amazing quality food for valuable prices. I walked in with a smile and I left the store feeling extremely happy with my purchases (I bought chocolate cake slices (🍫🍰) and tried some chamcham 🍡(Indian sweets).

Been to the Royale bakery quite a few times now and honestly I don’t even go there for dessert but for the customer service I receive from Naz very bubbly and positive woman who makes the environment feel like home, to say she’s just a worker there she deserves some sort of pay rise or a promotion I was shocked when she told me she doesn’t own the place as she treats and maintains the place like her own. However recently I been there and there was another lady who was taking my order and her English wasn’t the best causing a barrier in communication when trying to place the order which I think isn’t ideal when it comes to serving customers but...
