I did the 'Make It' experience which was very fun and interesting, we learned about how gins were made and then tried all the different flavours to make our own gin.
We get to keep the notes of our recipe and would be able to reorder the bottle (or buy it on the spot) with our recipe via online or phone. So that'll be a nice souvenir to bring back home.
We were also given a glass of gin and tonic to accompany our class and the lady was very helpful and insightful.
