A brilliant golf course situated on the outskirts of Brentwood. Very cheap too.
The entrance to the car park is quite hidden so you need to look out for it, it's not in the residential bit but in the woods to your left if you're heading towards Chelmsford.
You are given a wedge and a putter along with tees and a golf ball (the clubs are an extra 2.50)
There's 18 holes in total, you have to be prepared for a lot of walking across the course as the holes span over 100m each.
One downside to this is that it's very easy to lose your ball in the thick grass but that's just a player fault and not the fault of the company, as long as you have a good aim you will be fine.

Read moreDon't wear any decent clothes there. We are no longer in COVID measures, but they still make you put your clubs in a bucket at the end for some reason. The grips fill with dirty water which leaks all over the place and will wreck any light coloured clothes.
I can forgive the grass being a bit poor, it's a pitch and putt.

Read moreCame here to play disc golf but it wasn't clear where it started. As a result, we ended up playing on the pitch and put course and then had to go back to the beginning when we figured it out. Also not always clear where the next hole was.
It's somewhat confusing also having foot golf alongside the pitch and put. The two seem to be played at different speeds.
