I had goggle a lot on Bicester Village as I only had 1 day in London can’t really decide to waste 7 hours on traveling time. I went for It as there are YSL , Bottega, Mulberry as well as Prada. The cheapest route that I manage to find was taking the Oxford tube from Victoria Coach station to Oxford Station. The journey took almost 2 hours then changed another bus S5 to Bicester Village which is another hour. Please take note the bus don’t stop in front so keep a very close watch up. After alighting walked 5 mins to it. The journey to n fro was 15 pound. I saw a lot from internet if u book your train earlier it is cheap so plan your route or else suffer like me spending so much time on traveling as I stay at Chelsea. YSL collection was so little, staffs unwilling to serve. Prada does had a huge range of last year collection. But had to bear with the Staffs-Unfriendly . Bought 2800 pound there yet didn’t receive any basic smile from there. They even key my name wrongly despite holding my passport so I had to return from the tax office 😞😒 Best service I received was from Bottega. This guy was friendly, helpful even recommended me the newer collection. If Prada do it I will definitely buy more! Remember to do tax refund.

The Bicester Village staff are always extremely polite and helpful, they have temperature check for both staff of he village and customers as they arrive and have made sure there are distancing stickers around to help customers with social distancing at the minute aswell as selling masks for those who need on the way in, and sanitiser periodically throughout. They don't have the maps of the village at the minute unfortunately, but is only due to trying to reduce the amount of items being passed between multiple people. The guest services by the train station is really nice, clean, very comfortable waiting area for the train to London Marylebone or Oxford

I’ve visited mostly all Premium outlets in Europe. To me, Bicester Village is the best. You can even find PRADA here which I don’t see it in others. Only one hour driving from London, it’s a must visit Premium FO in UK. You will find and get everything there. I still can’t believe that even we can find Nasi Goreng in one of the restaurant. So you can shopping till you drop and then enjoy foods

We went to the Bister village on Monday everything was fine until we did the tax refund. We requested to have the refund by credit card, but the staff misled us admin fee is a must, and she chose to have the refund by cash without informing us.

In the next day, we found out the real picture after we visited Harrods.

We are so upset not because of the money, it's about integrity!!! We can't believe such a decent place would treat...
