What can I say other than...good luck if you want to go here.... We had to queue at the door for 15 mins to get in...that seemed ok..so we waited ...and then went in...we then had to wait about another 10 mins in another que to order drinks and the food we wanted...The drinks came after about another 10 mins...the food took another 40mins and was left sitting on the shelf near the kitchen for the staff to take them to our table...I asked 3 times how long would we have to wait for the food and each time I was told 5 mins...while we were waiting another couple were complaining that their food was cold because it had been left on the serving shelf for too long.....by the time we got the order part of it was missing so I spoke to the manager who brought it to the table..by that time I realised our food was cold and complained...I was told they were short staffed and that there wasn't anything that they could do ...other than replace the cold food...but we didn't want to to have to wait another 40mins because we had bought tickets to the light show at the botanical gardens.....I asked the manager why are you accepting more customers in if you haven't got the staff and time to serve them....to this I didn't receive any answer.....on the way out I tried to warn the long queue of customers of the delays but no doubt they were used to it and didn't mind. The point made is not being given a realistic time of waiting , which should have included the time it would take to get the food on the table. The management here didn't seem to think it was important or to ensure that the food was given out as soon as it was cooked. I've had better food from a street vendor than here and more concern that you enjoyed the food. If you want indifference, delays and poor quality cold food..this is the place for you...if not..dont go there especially if they...

The Omni Centre has a few restaurants on the ground floor and a cinema upstairs. There are escalators and . It can be a bit confusing if you don't buy your ticket online, as you might have to buy it when you're purchasing food. This can be off-putting, as the food is quite expensive.
When waiting in line, it's best to stay in the queue, as some people don’t, which can be frustrating. The toilets are fine, but they are inside the cinema, so you have to walk past the screens, which can feel awkward.
I usually buy the nachos, which are okay, but everything else is expensive. It might be better to bring your own snacks and drinks. The ticket prices are reasonable, and the seats are comfortable.
Parking at the Omni Centre can be a problem. It's not cheap and can get very busy. Sometimes, the atmosphere isn't great because of the nearby bars, where people might drink too much. However, it's easy to get there by tram or bus, as the tram stop is just a two-minute walk away.
If you’re driving, be prepared to pay for parking. Public transport might be a better option to save money. Overall, I would give the Omni Centre 4 out of 7 stars. The staff are nice, and the location is good, but the parking situation isn't great. If parking was better and not so expensive, I would have...
