Cons: The bottomless drinks are quite pricey. Would be good to let the soda and fountain drinks be included in the cost. That way only special drinks will have an additional cost. Coming the second time, you realize that it’s the same food options and less exciting. Most food is great tasting but some could use some more attention as some are quite lacking good taste, but this is subjective of course. Going to the meat, prawn grill area is quite slow and unrewarding. You select from a few options but they give you a very small quantity and the wait time can be anywhere from 6 to 25 mins or more depending on others. Might be best to have a bigger grill area and more staff to man it to get multiple items going at same time. If you didn’t reserve, they tell you that you have 1.5 hrs to finish. Most people get done before that, so I don’t think it’s a good thing to say right away. Gives an idea of being rushed . Best to just check with folks past 1 hr and tell them how much time limit you might give additionally. That way they enjoy the first hour of eating and food without worry or thought of time. Food trays can be arranged better so folks don’t go over foods with their hands and hair, etc. Just helps with hygiene and provides less chance of contamination.
