History and Heritage

To truly appreciate the essence of Waverly Market, one must delve into its rich tapestry of history and heritage. Established over a century ago, Waverly Market has served as a vital hub for local commerce, community gatherings, and culinary exchange. Originally conceived as a platform for farmers and artisans to showcase their goods, the market has evolved over time, adapting to the changing tastes and trends of Baltimore's dynamic populace.

A Feast for the Senses

As you step foot into Waverly Market, you are immediately greeted by a kaleidoscope of colors, sounds, and aromas that awaken the senses and ignite the appetite. Each stall tells a story, reflecting the unique culinary traditions and cultural heritage of its creators.

Farm-to-Table Freshness

One of the hallmarks of Waverly Market is its commitment to supporting local farmers and artisans. Many of the vendors proudly showcase their farm-fresh produce, sourced directly from the surrounding countryside. From plump heirloom tomatoes to crisp organic greens, each ingredient exudes a freshness and vitality that can only be found in the bountiful fields of Maryland.

For those with a penchant for sustainable living and eco-conscious consumption, Waverly Market offers a welcome alternative to conventional grocery shopping. By supporting local growers and producers, patrons not only indulge in the finest quality ingredients but also contribute to the vitality of the regional economy and the preservation of agricultural heritage.

Culinary Creativity Unleashed

Waverly Market is a playground for culinary creativity, where aspiring chefs and seasoned cooks alike come to experiment, innovate, and showcase their talents. The market's open-air layout fosters a spirit of collaboration and exchange, allowing vendors to interact with customers and share their passion for food.

One cannot help but be inspired by the ingenuity on display, whether it's a fusion of global cuisines, innovative twists on traditional recipes, or avant-garde culinary creations that push the boundaries of taste and texture. From gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches to artisanal ice cream made with locally sourced ingredients, Waverly Market is a treasure trove of epicurean delights waiting to be discovered.

Community and Connection

It is a place where neighbors gather to catch up over a cup of freshly brewed coffee, families come together to sample new flavors and share a meal, and strangers become friends through a shared appreciation for good food and great company.

Are you disabled? Want to be verbally abused then neglected by highly paid but lowly stupid security guards? Want to shoplift in freedom? If your answer is yes to all the above then come here.

Had a medical emergency in one of the centres stores. Had centre management and the store staff screaming I was filming and threatening to take my phone despite the fact I was on hold making a call. the store staff refused to help me after I queued to ask for some help. During my time here I started experiencing a medical episode and sat on the edge of some stares and security snatched my bags out of my hands screamed at me they were returning my stuff and threw a heavy box on some delicate items; before pushing my bags 2 feet away from me and screamed to get up and off the stairs I was being a danger. the security staff then kept ignoring the fact two teens were filming me before they decided to turn it into a livestream interview about their job. Once they got bored and sent the girls away the two security collagen’s then kept joking I was a liar and fake while I explained to the paramedics on my phone my medical history.

The security staff then walked away before loudly stating that I was faking it and just after attention one last time. Paramedics arrived 10mins later and confirmed I was having a medical episode but it was mild not a hospital required one.

Sadly my complaint was ignored and despite sending small claims paperwork the legal advisors have insisted I was physically injured not that I was claiming for damaged goods their security team damadged or an apology. On top of it the companies legal team took three months to come back to me that it was not the Waverley markets responsibility because they employ a third party company to manage their cleaning and security teams so congratulations to that company for making bullies and men with tiny manhoods and equally sized egos feel tall and strong to verbally abuse...

I think, this is my second favourite shopping centre, (My fav is the ones in Livingston Designer Outlet!) There is lots of shops, and there is even a train station nearby! Me and my boyfriend David went to the Inverkeithing train station and boarded the carriage, and it took us here! First, we went to the McDonalds at the food section, and got some seats, I got 20 chicken nuggets and large fries and a fantastic Fanta, David got the same with a cola! Second, we went to a Flying Tiger and the Damaged Society, they are cool stores, I got a new pair of jeans there! Last, we went on a walk and discovered a fudge shop around the corner and got a dozen slabs of fudge, mmmmm! You should visit Edinburgh sometime, It is the capital of Scotland after all!

Pleasant little mall/foodcourt with some more unusual choices (sushi, churros), alongside the usual fast food suspects. There seems some confusion as to whether it's called Waverly Market or Waverly Mall. Also there's three levels, which is something that Google Maps does not cope well with. On the down side, the one and only set of toilets for the whole market charges 30p, and reportedly is not as clean or pleasant as you might expect for the price.
