I wanted to try out chopstix as everyone was queueing up like lambs to the slaughter for the food. The food was alright nothing special and one of the sweet chili prawns had a weird aftertaste and smell to them luckily i didnt get sick at least i thinki maybe had diarrhea later that night. The sweet and sour chicken was too sour and very dry for some reason. And the worst culprit of all was the rice i hated the rice extremely dry and old it was obvious that it was old because pieces of the rice were stuck together in the shape of the bottom of the mini gastros that they keep them in, it also tasted very bland and i thought the mini spring rolls were ok nothing special. Staff were ok it was quite difficult to hear them due to how hectic and busy it was (it was raining) and the girl at the cash register was very nice probably the friendliest out of all of them. I spent a total of £8 - £9 at this place and i do think that the main food box is a bit overpriced for how i found the food for my first occasion maybe i'll go again in the future to try out different foods and combinations to see if i like it but im very hesitant at this moment. I think at the end of they day the restaurant is a bit of a dissapointment i do not reccomend going here, but find out for yourself you don't have to...
Read moreThe store was quite empty despite it being lunch time, this should have served as a warning!
The lady serving was short with the customers before us and myself too. She clearly did not want to be there. She did not explain how to build the box, just “what toppings do you want”. Toppings are actually proteins not hundreds and thousands ;)
The portion of carbs for the regular box was very little, but the protein was excessive .
The firecracker chicken was fired to smithereens, it was dry and stiff. The sweet and sour chicken was sickly sweet and had been served with excessive sauce. Vegetables are supposed to feature in the sweet and sour chicken but they seem to be omitted now?
The wings are a great con, you receive 1/2 a wing (x3)as a portion for just over £3.00. They were also dry and cooked till there was no life left .
The vegetable gyoza were so stiff form Sitting in the warmer, that they were inedible .
The young lad at the counter was kind and helpful so only for his service I have given 1 star .
The music in the store was too loud for talking or thinking.
I spent just under £50 and it was an abomination to East Asian food. I will never eat in any chopstix branch again.

Read moreI used the QR code around 10:15 in the morning not a lot of people around but I had to get something else therefore ordered through QR code to save time. What a mistake. Been waiting close to 40 minutes still no text message and shop not busy when I went around to ask about my order. Before I can ask for help the man cooking called out to me that the queue was on the other side so I just obliged as he was no longer interested in me. They asked what I wanted to order but I said I've already ordered online. The girl who was serving up food just walked away and told the man earlier to check the tablet which I assumed was not ON as he was there taking his time looking at my order. Nobody told me anything so I just sat and waited near the collection point. After a few minutes I received a text message saying I can collect my food. I saw an open food box with drink on the collection point which I just assumed to be my order as nobody was there for me to ask, they have all gone to the other side of the store. I just took the food as it looks like the one I ordered. If they are too busy or not even bothered to look at the order queue from the QR code then don't advertise it or even use...
