Don't recommend this restaurant, worst food of all time, when I was ordering all the food items are to the bottom, I ordered a large box of fried rice which is half cooked as I can chew the raw grains of rice, on top of that rice is dry and formed lumps due to long standing on hot holder added a picture of it, 1st topping was chicken curry, it was tasteless and can say straight from the refrigerator, 2nd topping was salt and pepper chicken, it tasted good but greasy and dry and the 3rd topping was salt and pepper potatoes, these are half cooked and couldn't eat much really, overall I paid £10.15 to ruin my appetite for the rest of the day, saw poor customer left the food as it is, I can see the way they are hot holding the food was unhygienic and can say they kept more than the time they were meant to, All I liked was Pepsi max draught drink I strongly won't recommend this food place it's against health and safety norms, because you end up paying money to spoil your health. I have added the photos so that you can see it for yourself.

I'd rate 0 if I coud. I normally don't put bad reviews about places but this is the worst place I ate in all Scotland! Service was really slow (that's understandable as situation with the virus) then the guy that supposed to know what is in my box mix up with the customer in my back. Chef without face mask as he had it on the chin. 20 minutes after when I was about to pay and get my cold food I order the deal with a REGULAR PEPSI and literary the "team leader" told to the cashier in front of me: "I put diet pesi as we don't have more regular pepsi" and the cashier didn't tell anything to me! I paid near £9 for a really bad food plus the worst service I ever recived in my life. P.s all tables are disgusting, the don't clean after customers finish, the just take the boxes away.

I would say 3 stars is fair enough. I’m kind of disappointed because they are labelled “Chinese foods” and I’m a Chinese. Just following other’s comments: don’t doubt, they are saying exactly true and the rating is reasonable. The tastes are not authentic or Chinese; I have never had these flavours in my 25 year old life in China, Canada and South Korea. And what’s worse, the flavours are not British or Scottish either; I don’t know who invented these…ridiculous. And not worth the price indeed. Quantity is poor; for fast food, the prices are way too higher than KFC McDonalds Burger King pizzahut… go somewhere else if you can still squeeze little time out of your rush hour

I wanted to try out chopstix as everyone was queueing up like lambs to the slaughter for the food. The food was alright nothing special and one of the sweet chili prawns had a weird aftertaste and smell to them luckily i didnt get sick at least i thinki maybe had diarrhea later that night. The sweet and sour chicken was too sour and very dry for some reason. And the worst culprit of all was the rice i hated the rice extremely dry and old it was obvious that it was old because pieces of the rice were stuck together in the shape of the bottom of the mini gastros that they keep them in, it also tasted very bland and i thought the mini spring rolls were ok nothing special. Staff were ok it was quite difficult to hear them due to how hectic and busy it was (it was raining) and the girl at the cash register was very nice probably the friendliest out of all of them. I spent a total of £8 - £9 at this place and i do think that the main food box is a bit overpriced for how i found the food for my first occasion maybe i'll go again in the future to try out different foods and combinations to see if i like it but im very hesitant at this moment. I think at the end of they day the restaurant is a bit of a dissapointment i do not reccomend going here, but find out for yourself you don't have to...

The store was quite empty despite it being lunch time, this should have served as a warning!

The lady serving was short with the customers before us and myself too. She clearly did not want to be there. She did not explain how to build the box, just “what toppings do you want”. Toppings are actually proteins not hundreds and thousands ;)

The portion of carbs for the regular box was very little, but the protein was excessive .

The firecracker chicken was fired to smithereens, it was dry and stiff. The sweet and sour chicken was sickly sweet and had been served with excessive sauce. Vegetables are supposed to feature in the sweet and sour chicken but they seem to be omitted now?

The wings are a great con, you receive 1/2 a wing (x3)as a portion for just over £3.00. They were also dry and cooked till there was no life left .

The vegetable gyoza were so stiff form Sitting in the warmer, that they were inedible .

The young lad at the counter was kind and helpful so only for his service I have given 1 star .

The music in the store was too loud for talking or thinking.

I spent just under £50 and it was an abomination to East Asian food. I will never eat in any chopstix branch again.

Save your money get...

I used the QR code around 10:15 in the morning not a lot of people around but I had to get something else therefore ordered through QR code to save time. What a mistake. Been waiting close to 40 minutes still no text message and shop not busy when I went around to ask about my order. Before I can ask for help the man cooking called out to me that the queue was on the other side so I just obliged as he was no longer interested in me. They asked what I wanted to order but I said I've already ordered online. The girl who was serving up food just walked away and told the man earlier to check the tablet which I assumed was not ON as he was there taking his time looking at my order. Nobody told me anything so I just sat and waited near the collection point. After a few minutes I received a text message saying I can collect my food. I saw an open food box with drink on the collection point which I just assumed to be my order as nobody was there for me to ask, they have all gone to the other side of the store. I just took the food as it looks like the one I ordered. If they are too busy or not even bothered to look at the order queue from the QR code then don't advertise it or even use...
