Kan San — Attraction in Coventry

If I could leave zero stars then I would!!! Absolutely vile to say the least!! Literally under 2 minutes after I had ordered my food I was presented with a bag & told "your order is ready" I should have used my instinct & refused to take it but I just finished a 12 hour shift, I was tired & hungry. So around 4am I was awoken with a seriously bad churning stomach & feeling nauseous. Before I knew it I was making frequent trips to the toilet to part company with the so called "fine Chinese cuisine" 7 hours later & the toilet visits are less frequent but I still feel like death warmed up. Lesson learned for me, read reviews instead of basing it on the stars, it appears I'm not the only one to fall victim to their nasty 2 minute reheats !!! Avoid this place if you like...

Ill start from the top special fried rice had loads of bits of bone and gristle in it omelete was tiny and not very nice at all, shrimps didnt taste very good and what meat was left once the gristle was gone was a meager amount, allesley houses knocks the spots of it , Bbq ribs tasted like someone had literally poured a pot of salt in them the ribs were good but the sauce terrible. The prawn crackers were almost stale, the chicken fried rice was completely the opposite and bland as anything . I've tried Chinese food all over the place, but I have to say this is the best take away by far. Food is always great, and the staff are always welcoming, especially to families.
