St Michael Le Belfrey — Attraction in England

Having just missed the 11.00 service at York Minster we went right next door and were warmly welcomed with the sounds of not just stinging but an amazing group of musicians, warm tones, harmony and prayers, an oasis in the middle of the Shambles, the Market the hundreds of tourists that swarmed around the shopping centre, the peace and quiet calm the aroma of candles and incense made St Michael Le Belfrey a very reassuring religious experience, Michael and Moya on a world tour of Yorkshire....

We were walking past this church after dinner and heard rock music and singing, so we looked through the open doors. The congregation was singing an upbeat religious song.
